SBC’s August YEE Pre n Post Party UYE

This was a blast. Yet it never ceases to amaze me who the establishment raise to the occasion for a Unilocal group onslaught. We absolutely, come in and out with a bang and leave a trail of dead bottles, kegs and plates in the path.

Rollin in the LBC, I mean SBC! This crazy crew knows how to wing it out there and have a good time! It was good seeing my Unilocal friends, old and new! I have to admit that I was lightweight buzzed at the YEE at Club One but the non stop beer at Roux got me pretty good! Smoking on a cigar, chatting it up, drinking and meeting new people is always a great night in my books!

I had a blast at Roux will all of my SBC homies. Met some new folks, and got to catch up a bit with old friends. I am so glad that we could make it out! Like Walter said– it’s awesome to see the next generation! It’s awesome to see the SBC grow. I remember our very first YEE at Naglee Park Garage, and my how things have changed! SBC is growing more each time I attend an event! Party on party people!

All I gotta say is: I can’t believe I forgot a change of clothes! The looks I got while still in Unilocaly workout wear were classic.
I wouldn’t miss the chance to continue the party with the amazing SBC (both new and old)! You guys are the best. The outdoor patio area was jam-​packed with laughter, hot bodies, drinks and empty plates of food.
We stayed until we were kicked out. Now that’s a sign of a good night.

The YEE upstairs was aiight! Downstairs at Roux was tight! Packed with the SBC!!! JM has done an awesome job in getting the crew together. See JMC on the Throne:
This was my second time to ROUX. The first go was at Connie’s 2008 YEE:
where I recall the Mademoiselles and Monsieurs were en masquerade and SLURRICANES were bottomless and hard-​hard hittin’!!! This time around I had a weak and overpriced RLK Mojito but made up for it by going for the gusto with the ultra-​girly Hurricane! Albeit not bottomless…
Good times since I got to catch up with some great non-​Yelpy friends from LA: Rod and Mary! Even better when you close down the joint!!!

These last few days have been my precious moments before heading back to work teaching and counseling our future generation… I had a blast and this was the perfect way to start my school year.
The Pre YEE:

This is where the hardcore SBC gathers to indulge in conversations, $ 30 Beer Towers, and take HELLA pictures for future Facebook postings!!!
Roux was very accommodating to our maybe loud and drunken posse. hehehe– The outdoor seating area was full of familiar faces and mixed with fresh meat, errrr newbies. I have to admit, I can’t remember drinking that much beer & NOT kissing the porcelain princess… BUT I came close!!! The mysterious $ 80+ credit receipt does prove that I was there…
PS Happy to see (the newly engaged) Kuya Walter!!! Props to JMC for setting up pre/​post YEE!!! Sorry Mikey U, Carol L, etc… were MIA.
