The staff was good but not-​very experienced. We wanted the backgroud to be white but the sheet was crumpled up and so could not get the finish we wanted.
They lacked equipment — but they did try their best and were open to suggestions and changes.
I guess this business is dying down and one can take better pictures digitally and have them printed out

As the urban sayings go, «We’ve been got got».
We were lured in by a coupon promising a free photo shoot and 1 free print.
So my GF and I say why not? We go there, and I will give them plus 2 for customer service. If this was merely for customer service it would be a perfect score. The staff was always friendly and helpful. During our visit it happened to be during a day where they were busy due to Santa photos. We should have made an appointment, but they were able to squeeze us in.
So again, there is nothing wrong with the staff. My problem was value and quality. The photographer took a few shots of my GF and I. It seemed systematic and the usual poses you would imagine a couple doing. I don’t know the background each «photographer» who works there has, but it did not seem up to par with the level of private or freelance photographers. The angles and the obvious things to get in the frame/​shot were not taken. For example, if a photographer sees the couple dressed similarly they should account that and make that a reoccurring theme of the photos.
As far as quality, on screen the photos were crisp and clear. However, the prints did not seem as sharp as I liked. The photos almost seemed compressed thus why the quality on print.
The photoshoot was «free» and they gave a free print because prices for everything else is outrageous. I felt ghetto not ordering at least 1 print, so I did. One 8×10, the «free» photoshoot, and the «free» 10×13 print cost a total of about $ 18.
Oh well, it was an experience I guess.

We went in for part of our engagement session. We did not expect much but we were surprised that our photographer was very flexible and open to our ideas. We did not want the cheesy pictures were we look at the camera and smile, instead we tried some fun poses and came out with two great shots. We didn’t end up buying one of their big packages but we did by two large pictures because my fiancé fell in love with those shots.
