Service King Collision Repair of San Jose

Just an update from my past review last year/​month. I have never been contacted by phone nor email about this matter. Obviously they didn’t take my input seriously.

Just picked up my Mustang at SK. Brought car in on a Tuesday afternoon for a front fascia replacement; it would have been done by Thursday but the dealer sent the wrong parts (not SK’s fault). The technicians busted their tails and Roger at SK stayed late on Friday to get my car back to me so I wouldn’t have to pay for a rental car for 3 more days. Repair was perfect, service was first rate and they went the extra mile for me.
Recommend unequivocally.

Review: I had some damage in the front bumper of my 2010 Prius last year. I was asked to/​referred to their shop by the party of whom I had been struck by in the accident.
Bringing the car in was simple and they were easy to locate (at the Airport Terminal location in San Jose). I had spoken to a couple people at the front desk then mainly communicated with «Mike».
I was unable to attain a rental with them as I had no credit card to reserve one by but I was able to leave my car there and one of their was employees was able to transport me over to a nearby location to pass along time.
To review on the end result: repairs done to the damage; they were good and it looked as if nothing had ever happened. I am not sure what else I can comment on if not asked personally to comment on whatever is asked. Message me and I have pictures.

My 2014 corolla had a collision and to repair the damage I went to three body shops but in the end I went to service kind at terminal Ave and I loved their service. The way they take care of you and the professionalism shown is simply awesome. Trust me you don’t have to care for anything. They will take care of you car like it’s their own. They will repair it fast and clean each thing so you feel that you are served.
I was told by the guy that it would take more then 2 weeks to get the repair done but the work was completed on the 5^th day. I was called during this time with all the updates that what are they currently doing and what is the progress of the repair. When I got the car it was very clean. They cleaned my car and washed it. It was clean as new.
I would prefer all the people to go here without even thinking of going any where.

If I could, I would give 6 stars to Service King. I took my car into the Service King shop on Terminal Avenue in San Jose last week and the two ladies in the front desk (Sonia and Amber) greeted me very warmly and were very attentive as I waited for an estimation on my car. The estimators that assisted me on my claim was Jason and Jezel, they were the most professional and prompt estimators that I have ever worked with and kept me up to date on a daily in regards to the status on my car. After realizing I did not have rental coverage the manager in the Shop (George) graciously was able to compensate me a free 5 day car rental. I am very very satisfied on the outcome of my vehicle and highly recommend Service King to anyone that is looking to repair anything on their cars. Thanks again everyone at Service King, you guys have made this a great experience.

Bringing my car to Service King for repairs has been wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the building to when I left, the customer service was awesome. Not once did I have to call to find out the status on my car because I was updated on a daily basis. I hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do I know where I will go for collision repairs and that’s Service King!!!

After having to file my first auto claim due to a parking mishap at my apartment complex, this was the shop Farmers insurance set me up with. I was able to set up an appointment at 8am the very next day, which was very convenient due to my work schedule. I was in and out and at work by 8:30am. They were very quick and polite. Offered coffee, water, soda, etc. There was a nice big screen tv playing in the waiting area which was nice to watch some news while I waited.
While the adjuster was getting her estimate for the damage done, I was able to set up my rental car with Enterprise right there in the office. VERY CONVENIENT. My ONLY issue with the entire experience is on Enterprises end. As I was filling paperwork out, knowing I would not have to pay anything out of pocket and that the insurance would cover it all, I was told there was a $ 100 deposit! After causing a small bit of hell I was able to get it down to $ 50, but still, not cool Enterprise. I returned the car yesterday and am waiting for the deposit to be returned… hopefully it won’t take long.
The shop got my car done in only one day! When I got there to pick it up, it was very easy and quick. I returned the rental car and waited a few minutes while they finished washing my car, also a nice perk. When she brought the car around to me she explained that the emblem was not in yet, but she didn’t want to hold off on giving me my car back just because they were waiting for the emblem to be delivered. MUCH APPRECIATED. She said they were probably going to receive it after the weekend, it arrived the day after and two nice gentleman came out to my work and snapped it on form me. She also explained that one of my tires should be replaced due to leaking air, which I was already aware of, but that is just great customer service!
I am extremely happy with my experience with this shop, especially because it was my first claim experience, which can be quite the ordeal. Thank you Service King and the polite young lady, Erica I believe, who handled my car!

If I can give zero, the I would do.
Three months later after the repair, they came back to me saying they need collect money from insurance company. While, they clearly stated to me they would take care with insurance as long as I pay the deductible. I asked for the detailed info, they just give me the work order number. How could any one figure out from that? Totally bad experience.
