Ship Shape Cleaning and Organizing

I was looking for a cleaning service to come and clean my house since my usual cleaning service was not available at the time I needed it. Kristina contacted me (I put the request out on the Willow Glen Neighborhood website) and said she could meet me the following day. I really appreciated that she was willing to come out and give me a quote that quick. I met her and liked her and we planned for her to come the following day to clean (a Friday morning). I gave her my key. On Friday, I received a text from her saying that she had a family emergency and would not be able to come as scheduled. I understood that things happen out of our control (I also own my own business and have to negotiate this balancing act with work and family) and so we rescheduled for her to come out on Monday. She came by and dropped off my house key on Friday. I planned to meet her at my home on Monday. Monday came and to my great surprise and disappointment Kristina never showed! Not only did she not show up she never called or sent a text to let me know 1) she wasn’t coming and 2) what happened. For this reason I have to warn others of this very unprofessional and unacceptable attitude.

Kristina is awesome — i love coming home to a clean house! very trustworthy, great with my dog and does an outstanding job with my home. i have no problems communicating with her what i need to have done and she is very flexible. best part — she is ALWAYS on time. dependability is huge for me. i honestly cannot thank this woman enough.

I have to say, I typically don’t right reviews… But this is different.
My girlfriend & I have a large home in Downtown Campbell. We are constantly hosting parties & neighborhood get-​togethers on a weekly basis. After one of these events, our house is a disaster. Ship Shape Cleaning is our disaster relief!
Kristina, the owner of Ship Shape is professional and efficient. She cleans the house as if it was her own, and always has a smile on her face while she’s here. While I’ve had other cleaning companies in the past, Ship Shape has been the easiest to work with. Kristina works with us and sets up cleanings based around our schedules.

Our place was a mess after our June wedding! With all the foot traffic through our small home and the preparation, etc, the place needed professional help. Thanks to Kristina and Ship Shape, our place feels like home again. She did a great job deep cleaning our place, our countertops, floors and bathroom are shiny and new!
