no reliability! we are supposed to have a Friday pick-​up EVERY week, we are lucky to get picked up every 2 weeks at this point. new drivers all the time! obviously they can’t keep drivers which says a lot about the company as well. when I call in to complain about not getting our pick-​ups the supervisor apologizes and says they are short drivers. sometimes I am just leaving messages all over the place and the only one who calls me back is Daniel, the accounts guy (he is awesome!). the only other place that does shredding for businesses I can find is Shred Dog, but they are really high priced! but I guess you get what you pay for right?
So frustrated!
