Chris is an excellent trainer. His workouts are varied so you will never be bored and you’ll always feel challenged. I have been training with him off and on for a couple of years now and I still learn something new every session. All of his clients are genuine, kind people(just like he is) so it’s always a pleasure to walk in. If you want someone to yell at you like a drill sergeant, you won’t find that here but he will hold you accountable for your actions. With a positive attitude, motivation, and(let’s be real) a decent diet, Chris will help you move mountains.

I have been training with Chris at Silicon Valley Strength and Conditioning for months and I can’t tell you how amazing I feel! Training here has made me stronger and more flexible than I could have ever imagined. I love the group training and have formed many meaningful friendships along the way. Each session I feel I am challenged and getting a full-body workout, all while having fun. Chris is very knowledgeable on all things related to health and fitness and is invested in seeing you improve and maximize your full workout potential. I have known Chris(the owner) for about 5 years and he has consistently provided quality workouts that have yielded desired results. Another thing that keeps me going to his classes is that he values learning and maintains continuous education in his field. He spends genuine time understanding what it is you(personally) need and creates custom workouts to accommodate. Additionally, because he is trained in massage therapy, he understands healthy workout limits and healing. Chris is quite passionate about what he does, which makes the workouts more appealing in that I know I am not wasting my time, but am getting meaningful training with someone who knows what he is doing. He also is trained in nutrition — talk about a one-stop shop! With his support, drive and expertise, I recommend anyone who has fitness and/or health goals to reach out to him.

Chris, the owner of Silicon Valley Strength and Conditioning, is an excellent personal trainer! He helped me achieve my fitness goals quickly — in about 1 – 2 months — with consistent training 3 times per week. I also benefited from his nutrition counseling. Highly recommended!

I decided it was time to change things up from my regular elliptical/treadmill cardio routine, I was not seeing any results from my workout. I came across Silicon Valley Strength and Conditioning, and couldn’t be more pleased that I found this place. This is nothing less than a full body workout maximizing every minute you are there. Chris is positive and his motivating energy makes it fun and easy to push through. Chris has a variety of exercise plans to engage every muscle, and is prepared to modify if you have a concern or injury. I had concerns with re-injuring my neck, shoulder and back, I felt I was limited. Chris is teaching me how to retrain my body with form and technique to do the exercises correctly. If you are looking to sweat, feel the burn and see results, I highly recommend Chris with Silicon Valley Strength and Conditioning.
