This is the worst place to go awful customer service the lady always try’s to rip you off I would never recommend this place to anyone poor service

I pulled in to this store on Alum Rock because my phone would not display my internet. Kim said my phone did not have enough memory and I should buy a memory card. I told her I did not want a card, could she just take the pictures off and get it to work. She refused. She was more concerned with watching her cooking shows on television than helping me. I insisted she work on my phone. She turned my wi fi toggle off. She tried to erase my photos but Kim could not figure out how to do it. I left there. I figured out how to delete them and still no internet. I drove to my regular store in Campbell and they got my internet back within a few minutes. they said I had plenty of memory on my phone for what I use it for. my pictures are always sent to the cloud so I do not need to leave them on the phone. He showed me how to delete and set the wi fi back on. All with patience and a smile. Campbell is the best store for customer service.

I have purchased a Blackberry and most recently a Samsung Admire Android phone. Phones were great. Kim offers decent customer service, she is for the most part very honest and forthcoming. I would recommend this shop for your MetroPCS needs.

This place seems a little sketchy. Seemed like the lady may have overcharged people including myself & other bad service, so I would not recommend getting a phone hooked up here. Seems ok to pay metro bill here, but I always did it online for free.
