Even though I did not have direct contact in hiring this company. Their employees are rude and unprofessional. The installers had no idea what they were doing and a guy named George was the most unprofessional and has very bad business practice and ethics. My experience with this company is too long to share but the middle man who hired this company to install the unit is no longer working with them bc of this incident. Enough said.

My experience with Solutions Office Interiors has been nothing but absolutely positive. Both Sarah and George (the owner) took time out of their day on two separate occasions to provide me the scope of their services. Most importantly they back it up with the service and response I expect. I might also add I was very impressed with the some of the high profile clientele they serve. I know that some of their clients only work with the best and Solutions Office Interiors falls in that category.

When i first contacted them the were very responsive — i needed a solution quickly to get furniture out of an old office. After first contact, the girl i spoke with never got back to me, even though i had told her it was urgent. She could have just called or emailed back after my several attempts to get an answer and said they couldn’t do it. It would have saved me a lot of time.
