Very bad service in the last two months and the customer service always has excuse for repairing their towers and etc. and also they are not doing any thing about the drop call, no service and not getting calls which all people I know and telling me they called but I received none of their call at all.

i got my new phone here after an unhappy experience at another sprint store and they helped me out and explained to me how to use the phone i will always got back to this store

I have been with sprint for about 3 years now, and in that time i have seen their customer service plummet to all time Lowe’s. but today was the last straw! i was told by several of the sales staff, at different stores as a matter of fact, that i would be able to upgrade my phone 2 weeks before my «official» date. Just come in on the 15th and we will take care of it! was the popular mantra of the commission happy crew. and there i was, on the 15th in the very store that said they could take care of it. i was approached by a woman who asked what she could do for me. i told her that i was informed that i can upgrade my phone on this date, that’s when she shook her head and said that was not possible, but if «I» wanted to call customer service then perhaps they could do something. why should i have to cal customer service? isn’t that why your here? she gave me a number and i was promptly put on hold for a good five minuets. once i was connected with a human being, i was then treated to a very scripted«how can i help you» monologue delivered by someone who was defiantly reading impaired. after another 10 minuets of misunderstandings and elevator music, i was turned over to the manager. she was more robotic than the last guy i was talking with. another ten minuets go by and they say, yes! we can send you your new phone today, it will take about 3 days to get to you. um…why can’t i just pic it up here at the store? their answer, I’m sorry sir, but you will have to wait until the first to upgrade your phone! OK. no help, feeling angry and ready to cancel everything! long story short, seems they will tell you anything to get you to buy a phone, but nothing to make you want to keep it.
