This location is now closed. No longer in business. Which is upsetting because there was no sign that said where the relocated too. They hemmed a pair a pants for me a while back. When I went to pick them up, they said they had to send to their other location. To come back in a few days but they were closed. Came back a few more times, still closed. Came back today, and they’re gone! I just want my scrub pants back. That’s what I get for being lazy and not doing it myself. Ugh

I have used this cleaners on and off for years and they have been going down down down hill to the point that it is now… Unbelievable to me… that this place even exists as a BUSINESS as they DONOTKNOWHOWTORUN A BUSINESS. 1st: they lost my daughters suit jacket but would have it when we picked up our next order which did happen. 2nd my white pants came back with a dark smug on the waist band that they refused to remove and it was not there when I brought the pants in for pressing(laundered them myself) PRICESARENOWFORSOMEODDREASONNOTTHESTATED $ 2.50 either it’s $ 5.00+ and we argued with them about that then WHENWEPICKEDUPOURCLOTHESLASTWEEK and the guy wanted CASH only. He told us the $ 2.50 is for regular items(whatever that is). Then we called Sat. and asked if they could press my son’s white uniform shirt and pants as he was called last minute into work… they said only their location off Almaden could and they were available to do so. We immediately made the trek to the Almaden shop that does the cleaning, pressing etc. for both locations. We arrive long before closing and the guy at the Almaden shop tells us NOWAY the Curtner shop told us wrong they turn off their machines on Sat @ 10AM because of the down-turn in their business. YAH their business is down BECAUSE they mistreat and mishandle their customers. NEVER use this cleaners. I am done with this cleaners they have lost a long time customer.

Absolute joke of a business. They«misplaced» FOUR of my shirts, which the staff indicated was«not uncommon» and would«show up eventually». Each week I came by the goon behind the counter told me to come back the following week. I made five trips(over a period of two months) before I got each of my shirts back. The kicker: they WRITE on the collars of your clothing with a sharpie as some kind internal tracking mechanism. And no, the sharpie does not come off. I asked to speak to the owner on three different occasions and got the run-around each time. He finally called and offered me some kind of $ 10 voucher for the next time I wanted to do my dry-cleaning with them — are you kidding? People like this should not be in business.

1. They lost my favorite black pencil skirt and never bothered to look for it. 2. Sign says $ 2.50 for dry clean but when you go to pay its $ 5.50. 3. The lady could not find my items… A bright red dress and 2 other items. I finally walked through the small rack and found it myself. Then she looked annoyed that I found it! 4. It smells. Avoid this place.
