This place have awful customer service and not friendly. The other thing I saw a homeless shaving inside.

Definitely the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. The computers always break down, they run out of everything, and they randomly close for last-minute reasons. The staff nice and friendly — that’s the only redeeming quality.

Picture it: Several weeks ago, this Starbucks. It’s cold, windy, and I’m in a rush just having come from Umbrella on my lunch hour during my last week of work at my prior job and I’m running late. I order my drink to friendly service and call an Über to get TF back to work and my phone dies. Lovely. And this location has no chargers available. Peachy. And not only do they have none available, you can’t even buy one. Because lets face it, I would have thrown 20 dollars at the problem at that point. JUSTPUTITONTHECARD. Because I? Have an Über coming. And Über’s App doesn’t just shut down just because your phone decided to drink too much and get super not cute. So some poor woman is going to be driving around looking for me. And I don’t even know what the car looks like. So I run to the Starbucks five blocks down to charge my useless brick so she can find me. I then proceed to get yelled at and end up taking a Black Car because for petes sake it’s been 20 minutes. But that’s another story. Suffice it to say, Starbucks, it’d do me a real solid if this location had chargers for sale. FORSALE. That is all.

The baristas here don’t seem to care much about their jobs. Also their mobile ordering integration is terrible. For all of Starbucks posturing about a caring culture, they don’t actually implement it in their stores.

This is my go-to downtown Starbucks because it’s close to where I need to be. The service is friendly most of the time and there are wireless phone chargers which is convenient, but this place has a huge cleanliness issue. Every time I come here, all the tables are filthy and the garbage is overflowing. Just had to wipe spilled coffee from a previous customer off the table before I could sit down… again. Garbage is still overflowing as per usual. Should you find yourself here, only sit down if you need to charge your phone(and don’t mind cleaning up someone else’s sticky mess before you do). They don’t seem understaffed, so no idea why it’s always so filthy in here. Unfortunate.

This was a pretty, little Starbucks in the corner. You can find parking in a parking garage nearby or on the street. I got my usual here, my venti iced green tea sweetened along with a pumpkin spice latte(which I used my free reward on) and a spinach, feta & egg breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good but my iced green tea tasted like they didn’t put any syrup in it. Found out later on that they didn’t when I said it at the register so I asked them to put some pumps of it — no biggie. The reason why this Starbucks received a two star from me was because that they have no bathrooms in here… Why? To get access to a bathroom, you have to walk a little more down the street near Peggy Sue’s and use the porta potty. This Starbucks was good if you want to study or work because the noise level is here was low. Suggestion: Install a bathroom.

There was an initial hiccup in my service but I could imagine this is a decent Starbucks most of the time. I like going to different Starbucks just as a thing, I don’t feel guilty about buying from a chain. I like the atmosphere in this place. If you get subtle about it, the shape of the building affects the appeal as different shapes provide different acoustics which can significantly affect your experience. So I ordered a caramel machiato this morning and I was given a cappuccino. I noticed the difference right away so I just asked the barista to remake it. He was very apologetic and remade it right away. With that exception, I had a very pleasant experience here and will probably come back.

Great Store! With 1 worker on duty and a line to the door a young lady Corina did an astonishing job !

Have been going here for years as my office is on same block. It is really a sad excuse for what is usually a tightly run brand. Always a line. No sense of urgency from cashiers. Baristas never interact w guests and although I’m always asked for my name all I get from barista is my drink call. Today I asked why they need my name when it’s never used. Just got a sad blank stare so I gave it(sigh). Heard my drink put up and took it and left. Really needs attention and retraining here. Also. How is it possible a restaurant doesn’t have a restroom for customers? Isn’t that a code issue?

The baristas were nice and willing to do a ButterBeer for me as long as I knew how to make it! And it was amazing! I got no attitude for asking this… as I did at some other places. Also I went around 12 and it was not crowded at all… probably because Starbucks isn’t really a lunch place.

I frequent this place for years until I couldn’t stand the negative customer service anymore. I wasn’t Unilocaling yet that time or I would have given them 1 star. That was at least a year ago. Today I decided to try this place again and to my surprise I had a very positive experience. The people are friendly and even cater to my inquiries without getting annoyed like their predecessors. I even got a free taste of one of their new blends. In summary: Though the atmosphere is the same, just ok the baristas are now super friendly, and my drink was made just as I wanted it.

Love this spot. Perfect spot next to my work. Staff is friendly. Nice place to unwind from the busy downtown area. The seating outside is nice as well.

I have been here enough times with co-workers who refuse to go to B2 or Peets. The staff here is really not very good at all. They don’t care, and it shows. The coffee is always burnt tasting. I usually just order a green tea when I go because I know better. If you ask for no water in your green tea they really don’t like that. They roll their eyes and then make comments to the other workers around them about how you should get charged twice. I’m sorry, are you upset because you may have to make MORE tea at some point in the day? I would consider the other coffee options downtown that are less crowded with better coffee, and employees.

«These guys, these guys,“said like DeNiro or Pesci. Especially at this location they’re all real nice. They have wireless charging. Tried it this morning. You select and plug in the circle adaptor that fits your device and then place it on the circle on the table. The crew is up at dawn, Make your coffee like You like. Smiling cheerful and quick. Yes there is no bathroom and parking is sometimes scarce but then you know people can’t camp out there and encourages some left, right, left.

My new favorite Starbucks spot. Not only is this in a prime time location at the heart of San Pedro Square, the customer service here is awesome. One barista in particular, Katherine, exemplified the definition of customer service. I normally don’t drink a lot of coffee so I am very unfamiliar with the«Starbucks» lingo and coffee knowledge in general. Katherine walked me through the different types of drinks available at Starbucks and showed no signs of impatience or frustration with me. I was very intimidated coming into the store but her customer service was top notch and made me feel at ease. I settled on the salted caramel mocha, made by Katherine, and was in disbelief. It was so delicious, the mocha had just the right amount of caramel sweetness that did not overpower the wonderful coffee flavor of the drink. There are maybe thousands of Starbucks stores in the bay area, but this is definitely the best one. Great people at a great location, can’t go wrong!

I returned once again because B2 was closed. Yet another terrible latte. Acrid, bitter taste and way too hot. I brought my own travel mug, and they covered it with some weird white stuff.

This is a great location downtown(some home depraved people wandering around outside), overall staff are friendly, it’s easy to get to and usually curbside parking is available directly IFO. Yummy coffee…

Standard Starbucks except I must say that the store is a little bit too small for how busy it is. I’m glad there’s a Starbucks around every corner downtown. This is the one I always stop by when I head over to Smoke Eaters. Every time I do come here the line is outrageously crazy though.

This is an awesome Starbucks location, and they serve Starbucks Reserved Coffees! I got a hand-brewed coffee, which was delicious and piping hot! Great service and great environment.

This is probably the best Starbucks in South Bay because they serve Starbucks Reserved Coffee! Well, I’ve only seen it at this location. I go to school on some weekends and this Starbucks is 2min away, that’s when I would come here; they have about 5 different flavors in Reserved Coffees and I’ve tried them all. They were all quite good and flavorful; though my favorite one is the Columbia. They have special machine that specially made for the reserved coffee and they make the coffee right when you order; you can smell the flavor from far distance! Customer service here is awesome as well! The staffs here are very friendly and they always keep the place clean for their customers. I wish they have outside sitting by the street and more parking options.
