I have lived in this neighborhood for about 8 years now and have frequented this Stop-N-Go. The owner is super nice and he also remembers my name after telling him once although, I can’t for the life of me remember his name. Just because he doesn’t bake the donuts himself does not mean they are not fresh. He picks up a couple dozen from the donut shop on his way in to work just like anybody else would. They are just as fresh so, faulting him for stale donuts would be like faulting him for a mouse being trapped in your Pepsi can. It’s not the most modern store and it’s not the cheapest either but, what you pay for is the convenience. A nice little neighborhood store with an old time feel that you just don’t get these days.

I’ve driven past this place so many times and have been curious for some time. I like to support mom and pop shops so I stopped by today… The sign SAYS fresh coffee and donuts. OMG! Ok, fresh donuts *really* means«we have a pink box of donuts we picked up somewhere else» and fresh coffee means«we reused the grinds 10 times»… So the kicker, I bought a small single serving of milk(because they had powdered creamer) and a coffee and paid $ 4.00. I found myself disappointed that I didn’t go to the donut shop down the street or $tarbux. It seemed to me that their cash cow is beer so if you need beer, go ahead Stop, but you want something else, keep driving!
