I can understand why there are negative reviews or low stars for this location. When there were employees working they had really bad customer service! Few months ago, I decided to give this place another try. When I walk in, I saw the owner give free meal and drink to this homeless man. As the conversation went on, I realize he gave this man free food everyday. The owner is really genuine and have a good heart. It seems like all the employees are no longer working there. I’m so happy I gave it another try because this place is so much better now without the workers. The owner is running it now and everything exceeds my expectations. Whenever I crave for Subway this will be the location that I come to! If you had bad experience with this place before please give it another try! Support this business owner with a really good heart!

I am very disappointed. I placed my order of six(max allowed) sandwiches through the Subway app. My mom went in to pick them up and order the two we were not able to order online. The employee not only didn’t have them ready, she knew nothing about the order. Thankfully after checking with the manager they were able to locate my order. However, during this time six additional people walked in and they were going to begin working on those orders rather on ours that had been placed earlier. My Mom had to insist that they work on her order first in that it was their mistake for not working on it when receiving the order via mobile device.

the service is so bad… I did not know why I could not find any subway stores with the best service . Im really love eating the Tuna bread overthere, but I think subway should train the stuff more careful, or they would loose the customer. Anyway, the bread was fine, but the girl of this store put«Tuna«on the bread just a little for me :)).

Not very impressed with my foot long oven roasted chicken sandwich. The veggies were not fresh.(I open it up and inside the veggies were brown and super watery moist.) The quality of my sandwich was very sad since i compare to my boyfriend sandwich and notice that he has more portions even though he only wanted two things on his sandwich; chipotle and lettuce.(My footlong included every but pickles and jalapeños and three sauces.) I suppose they were trying to go for the budget cuts I assume? I took the very first bite and my sandwich was just overly bland. Where did my sriracha, mayo, and sweet onion sauce go? I wasnt very excited of my sad sandwich. The bread itself wasnt toasted and had a watery damp texture. Sigh, I probably wont go to this location ever again even when I am like about five blocks away. Its not the same anymore. My boyfriend wasnt even happy about the food service. It look him about ten minutes to order when there isnt a line and the owner of the shop was bluetoothing with someone and basically ignored my boyfriends orders.

Please do not go there, I just went to buy a 6 inches turkey and abocado sandwich and I asked to use the restroom a guy middle age Indian anwerme and said«NOTHERESNORESTROOMSFORTHEPUBLIC» he is not polite he start to charging 75 cents for a small piece of avocado he was like mad or something with a terrible attitude, if the service is good I am willing to pay whatever is the price, but with that attitude I never will pay not even a penny, seriously I never will recommend to buy at this location to any of my friends and my family, look I even was thinking to buy a 25 dollars gift card but I just leave and said NOTHANKSBYE. I think this guy is the owner.

I can understand why i experience a poor experience. Bad location 1st of all. Next to a café with loud music vibrating the walls inside. Smelled like sewer. So there’s no way i was going to eat inside with that smell. The lady seemed to be bothered as i walked in. I interrupted her mopping the floor. I was being rushed upon her making my sandwich and there was no line! But she seemed happy when she was swiping my credit card, the only time she smiled. This place definitely needs to be addressed to corporate for an evaluation check up. Pretty sure not at subway standards.

This subway is alright. I got a foot long breakfast sandwich here with ham egg and cheese on the flatbread. It’s a good deal at about $ 6. Their flatbread is super soft. Service isn’t bad, it was super early so it was pretty empty. I used to think that Subways would charge you tax if you toasted your sandwich but I saw the sign and they actually charge tax on hot sandwiches AND cold sandwiches if you toast it or dine in. Good to finally know the real reason why some sandwiches are taxed and others aren’t!

LOUSY customer service! I rather go to Safeway and buy my own ingredients and spend more $ than to get a sandwich here! The Indian lady that works at this subway is really rude. We were waiting for a good 5 minutes for her to get done sweeping the floor before she served us. We made sure she washed her hands first! There’s something really wrong with this lady. She was in a rush to get us out the store it idk why since we were the only customers there. My gf n I both asked for onions on our sandwich and the lady spread out 5 pieces on each of our foot long. 5 pieces?! Really? Same thing happened when I asked for jalapeños and spinach. Idk if she’s on her period or maybe she just needs to get laid one time. Whatever it may be, we’re never coming back to this location ever again. If it were up to me I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star.

I’m not coming back here again. This is the local Subway and I use to prefer going here to support my local Subway. Too bad the owner is cheap. I go here often. I usually just get sandwiches although they always try and up-sale you. Especially the owner. I don’t drink soda, eat chips or cookies. I’m sure he’s hoping to increase profit some how and it’s always good to offer. What really did it for me was the sales tax. Like I’ve said, I go here often. I understand there is sales tax on toasted sandwiches. Well I got the oven roaster chicken, but I didn’t want it toasted because I wasn’t getting cheese. So of course, they need to warm up the chicken or else it’ll be cold and not edible. Well that’s what happened and I still got taxed the 46 cents. I was shocked because it’s suppose to only be 5 dollars. I asked the owner and he said«Yea, because of tax.» In front of the register they had a sign that read something like«All toasted sandwiches must include sales tax by law. This includes cold sandwiches that are toasted.» I knew this was a load of crap so I stood by the door wondering if I should ask again. I figured forget it. I’m not going to give them business again. This place is ridiculous. There are 2 other Subway’s just down the street. I’m sure the owner knows that. Enjoy the 46 cents.

I go here M-F @ 7:00am. Why? Because I can pick up my breakfast and lunch every morning. I’ve been going here for at least 4 years and have never had one complaint. The bread is very fresh, the cookies are amazing, and they’ve actually memorized the order that I place every time(though, I do like to switch it up on them sometimes.) Great place, great people, wonderful food. This is the only subway I’ll go to.

Stingiest Subway store in San Jose, hands down! I’ll make this review brief. I order a $ 5 foot long tuna sandwich and got a paper thin tuna layer in my sandwich. I have tried many Subway restaurants around San Jose and quite frankly this place is the cheapest(I only eat tuna sandwiches that’s why I would know). Other than that, parking is easy and the place is clean. +1 on that.
