I went in today to get a sandwich and the guy behind the counter is very lazy and seems like he doesn’t like his job. He keeps on asking me «what’s next and only put one or two onion, bell pepper and olives — funny. And I asked him why he’s only putting two he replied«why, do you like the whole container? — what a good practice for a Subway food chain. I will not go or recommend others to go there, period.

Went in today and the lady behind the counter refused to even wash her hands. When my mom asked her if she was going to, she just stared us down. Another man came from the back and washed his hands and put on gloves thank goodness.

Worst customer service at any subway I’ve been to. I get that subway is not fine dining but… come one have some sort of standard.

Fast, cheap volume weighed sandwiches!(an embarrassment if you’re from New York!), but it’s Subway, a chain and expected! It’s a good concept and mini Togos system! I would change the dark tuna to white only! They have a lot of competition! This one is a clean store!

Disgusting customer service. They don’t deserve one star, at the least. When I called to make a complaint, the«manager» was unprofessional, acting very rude speaking over me and hung up. When I called again, he continued to act unprofessional and I received the same rude attitude and he ended the phone call by cursing at me in Spanish. One of the employees name is Petra. Both employees are horrible. If there’s any other way to report them, I would do it immediately. Don’t come by here if the other reviews have said the same.

Worst subway I have ever been to! The guy was so rude and the lady was no different. They just treat customers like crap and never smile except to each other while speaking Spanish. The guy was irritated that I asked for a footlong on Italian herb and cheese because he grabbed the six inch bread instead. I bought two footlong sandwiches, two bags of chips and one regular size drink and the total came to just over $ 25. I even had a coupon(buy any six inch, chips and regular drink, get second six inch free). The coupon said«any six inch». The guy wouldn’t let me use the coupon for the hot pastrami sandwich. I guess«any» means except for pastrami sandwich? I will never go to this subway again!!!

I usually go in the early afternoon and get footlongs to go. Pretty reliable average service, quality. Servers are responsive and are patient enough about my clarification and requests for extra onions. Close to closing the servers can be short like any restaurant. Store is well kept and clean, but very small so most customers get sandwich to go. Parking lot on either side are both small and harder to get in, out; but not so bad the time I usually go.

I love Subway in general. But this particular Subway is fantastic. — The staff are good people. They are friendly, and over time, I have gotten to know everyone here by name. — They are generous in the quantity of the ingredients they add to your sandwich

Very disappointed with their service. The lady was very rude. I was ready to pay and she gave person behind me a smile and rang his sandwich first. Never go there again.

Pretty middle-of-the-road Subway experience. Love that it’s so close to my apartment, love that there’s plentiful street parking at 7:00am which means I can run in and run out basically from 10 feet away from the front door. Subways have a habit of seeming not-really-open-yet when you go early, and that was definitely the case here. Seemed like the sole employee holding down the fort was trying to prep everything for the lunch crowd and my visit was an interruption. Ice tea was brewing, fixtures were being setup, it just had a pre-opening feel to it, even though they were open by the time I arrived. My breakfast sub was tasty, and I was in and out in an appropriate timeframe. Just didn’t do anything special to warrant more than three stars, this morning. Very average.

My office is right across the street from this location and I drive an extra mile and a half to go to the one at Westgate because time and time again this place just totally skimps on the toppings. I get that Subway isnt known for packing on stacks of meat like higher end Delis or even Togos, but when I ask for olives, I expect more than 4 pieces on a 11″ foot-long. Too many chances and this location just keeps letting me down.

Full disclosure, I usually go to this Subway later in the evening — This one is HORRIBLE. The people behind the counter are cold as the deli meat they serve, super unfriendly and dry, and overall bad attitude. This is on more than one occasion too. Try and ask for anything extra they add ONE bell pepper string or onion string, it’s really ridiculous how stingy and cold these people are. Thank god they opened one up just a few streets down(over by Happi House and cross the street from Garden City). Now that, that’s a good Subway with friendly service all the way down to the last minute they are open.

Went to Subway tonight to get my favorite — Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. The service was quick and friendly and they even followed my request for extra pickles which is usually tuned down at other Subway sandwiches– definite plus right there :) There was a man in front of me who ordered two sandwiches, and we finished our orders about the same time. After he paid, he accidentally took one of his two sandwiches and my sandwich. I unknowingly left with his sandwich, and the chips and chocolate chip cookies that I ordered. I didn’t find out about the mishap till I got home. Usually, I’m very passive and also usually very hungry and I would have eaten whatever order was given to me whether it was wrong or not. However, because my stomach doesn’t agree with pastrami, and also because I lived close by, I decided to go back again and hope for an exchange. Again, I’m a fairly passive person, and so I don’t make complaints often. I usually just sit back and deal with it. So when I got to Subway, I was expecting the employees to go up in arms and charge when I went through the door. However, the employees were very friendly when they asked what was wrong and remade my sandwich– with the extra pickles still! They even offered free cookies as compensation which I turned down– it wasn’t their fault that the sandwiches got switched around. The food was just the way I liked it. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki on wheat, toasted, and everything was hot, toasty and of course, pickle-y :) This experience would have earned a 5 star rating easily, but whenever I come here in the daytime the parking lot is pretty packed with Starbucks, bakery and dentist clients. That’s probably the only downside of this store is their location.

This little Subway shop is located in a fairly new, rather small strip mall at Saratoga Ave and Williams Rd. They’re in a building with a dentist, an optometrist, and a(about to be reopened) bakery, and share a parking lot with a fairly good sized Starbucks. Compared to the other businesses, they’re located as far from the parking lot as is possible, you have to walk out to Saratoga and go down the sidewalk, but that’s being nitpicky. The Starbucks crowd packs the front of the parking lot, so you may have to park further back. If you’re walking down Saratoga Ave, the shop is right there. Inside was clean and standard Subway décor. I walked in and there was no line, so I got my Spicy Italian sub pretty quickly. It was as expected, a decent quick lunch, but nothing impressive.
