Subway

For a Subway I felt like it was okay. The food was true Subway. I thought it could be cleaner. Also, there are no high chairs and we had a 1 yr old with us, that would have been nice.

The workers there are awesome Sandwiches are great, neatly organized veggies recommend this place. Coming from a person that tried a lot of different subways in different cities this place has 1 of the tastiest sandwiches in San Jose

This location is near my house. So I come here when I’m on the go. Service is fast and friendly. Especially Saul he’s always smiling and very polite.

Luis and Ricky helped me on Halloween and they were very nice and made me some great sandwiches! I have to give them 5 stars for this; thanks guys! I will be back for more delicious sandwiches.

Luis was very helpful and friendly. This subway is highly efficient and very fast service. Very clean. No issues whatsoever.

SAUL IS THE MAN!
I’ve only been to that location 2x and he remembered certain ways my boyfriend and I like our sandwiches. He made sure to ask before he went ahead, then asking again to make sure the quantity was good for us. On top of remembering how we like our subway and double checking every topping His service was superior !! Friendly, helpful, and happy! I wish they made one of him at every subway! I work close to this subway and the people don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want on your sandwich. I tell them just a little mayo and mustard and not even 10 seconds later. They are putting a glob of mayo and mustard on my sandwich. Or they forget what toppings you want on it, or they keep wanting to toast it when you tell them you don’t want it posted. They need new people who can remember longer than a few seconds. I hate going to this subway they should close it down.

Get with it Subway! Eriks deli has gluten free options, it’s time Subway should, too. There are millions of us waiting for companies like this to wake up and realize we’re a market segment!

I hate this subway, I hate their management and their unprofessional staff! Be careful they rip you off here! There a joke, the women are sooo rude and they are always having a side convo in Spanish! I’m the only Person there and they don’t care, I had to keep cutting them off to tell the lady hey I want wheat bread or hey I want chicken! HELLO I’m the PAYING CUSTOMER! If you hate your job quit! Please! next I ordered a chicken sandwich w chipotle sauce they charged me 5 dollars for a bacon chicken sandwich and it was just a 6in, when it should have been 3 dollars and they ladies are sneaky, they never give you an itemized receipt, just a debit receipt with the total. To add to my frustration I asked for a hot chicken sandwich and again let me remind you I’m the only customer, they rushed with heating it and my chicken was freezing cold, there was like two pieces of onion and three olives, there so cheap! I live in the building upstairs and its frustrating dealing with these lazy ladies!!! Drive a block down much better subways that are professional!

Not a horrible place, nor a wonderful one.
They ladies are pretty fast, but tend to loose focus when another lady talks to them. they usually get the order right, and rarely have horrid incidents like «Hair in a Sandwich» They could improve on cleanness and supply, and their prices could be lower. But it’s not a pain to go there either… My parents live on top and they think it’s just fine!
If you ask me,
I recommend any cookie! Oh! And try to buy 3.

I eat here almost every day. The girls behind the counter are friendly and quick. Most importantly — they always get my sandwich right! What more can you ask for?

This Subway has it’s perks, but sometimes they can be the worst.
A family member of mine had ordered a foot-​long Meatball Marinara. Of course, he was expecting a nice, meaty sandwich with lots of marinara and meatballs. When we got home, he opened his sandwich and found four meatballs with marinara on only half of the sandwich. We googled what the actual contents of the sandwich should be and found out that there should be EIGHT meatballs with marinara all over the sandwich. We then called Subway and demanded a refund and/​or some type of free sandwich. A few days later, we went back and they said they were out of meatballs! We still haven’t received a free sandwich.
Recently, another family member of mine had ordered a cup of the chicken noodle soup. We got home and realized that our soup was only broth, no noodles. We called, once again, and they told us to come back another time and ask for the manager for a free cup. Going back a few days later, we ask for another cup and they say that they’re all out of soup and it was only 1 P. M!
This Subway is not the best one to go to if you’re looking for some quality sandwiches and/​or soup.

This Subway sucks. I live in the building above and was initially excited to have a place to frequent, but since they changed management they try to cut corners. I came in for a breakfast sandwich and the girl tried to make it without the egg, and when I pointed it out she said they ran out. She was planning on charging me full-​price and not telling me there was no egg in it.
Subway already makes tiny sandwiches and I don’t like how this place is even stingier. The staff is not too bad, but ever since they changed hands they seem to work as if they are scared of upper management.
UPDATE: they changed hands (again) and the employees are awesome! They are so sweet and we go there so much for cookies they call my bf the «cookie monster.» Definitely hard-​working people who are super friendly and make good «Subway quality» sandwiches.

Sheisty and shady, this Subway. Sheisty because they barely put anything on my turkey and ham sandwich. Shady because of what happened at the register.
The lady at the register asked me if I wanted chips and a drink, and I said yes, knowing that there is a chips + drink combo for $ 2. After grabbing chips, she asked «medium or large drink?» I wanted the combo price, so I picked medium, with that being the smaller of the two.
After paying with my debit card and looking at the receipt, I noticed that she charged me extra for a large drink. This conversation ensued:
Me: «I thought I ordered a medium drink.»
Her: «Yes, but it shows up as a large drink in our system.»
Me: «But I got charged extra.»
Her: «Yes, but a large drink is 50 cents. I charged you 25.»
Me: «I thought the combo was two dollars.»
Her: «Yes, but the combo is with a small drink.»
Me: «Then why didn’t you offer me a small drink? Why did you only offer medium and large?»
Her (not answering the question): «Can you give me your card? I’ll change your order to a small drink.»
Me: …
It’s not like there’s a lack of Subways around here, so I definitely won’t be returning.

Love this place since i live in the same complex as the business I come religiously. The staff always treat me greatly.

I did not even know there was a Subway here until my friend Uli took me for lunch. It is very nice, but small inside. When we walked in, there was only 2 ladies working so we kind of had to wait. I ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat, nothing special. My friend Uli ordered a chicken sandwich and was upset when they cut his sandwich with the same knife they used to cut mine… He hates MAYO!!!
Other than that, a typical subways sandwich place, can’t complain!
