Horrible service. Let’s others cut in line, even after having booked online. Will not be returning again. Thankfully another SuperCuts has just opened up close by.

I started coming here about 4 months ago, I always get skeptical about going to places like this bc usually you get what you pay for (cheap cut cheap turnout) but went in on a desperate need of bangs trimmed and eyebrow wax. A very friendly young Mexican lady (Beatrice) assisted me and did a great job. Since I’ve been there about 5 times to get a trim, color, & wax by Beatrice. Every time I go her and a gentlemen named Larry give me good company and make me feel very comfortable. They are great at what they do. Just left the store today from getting a color and bang trim and love the outcome. I went with something different than I normal do and it turned out amazing!

Decided to try Supercuts one more time. Made an appointment ahead of time. Came to the location and I was promptly greeted by staff. My stylist was friendly and very detailed in her work. She made sure I got what I asked for and I appreciate the time she took to ensure my hair was cut properly. I will be coming back to this location again.

I made an appointment to get my haircut at 4pm yesterday. I decided to give them a try since I was in the area. I got there around 3:50pm. They greeted me and asked me to sit and wait. Within the next 10 mins, 2 more people came. Finally, one of the lady finished the person she was working on and called a white man up. Knowing i had made an appointment and he was a walkin. She looked at her coworker and spoke in Vietnamese saying can someone take me cause she took the white guy since she didnt want him to wait…
It went back and forth between her and the 2 coworkers… it was 4:15 by now.
I got annoyed and spoke to them in both English and Vietnamese (shocking them that im Viet) how unprofessional they are. I felt had I been white, I may have actually got my appointment the time I made it for.
I find it very unprofessional of people to speak in their native language while having clients that don’t understand what they are saying.
All in all, id save my money and time and find anther place.

I brought my son who is 4 years old. They said they did kids, great I’m excited. The Asian gentleman began, through the haircut my son was in pain, he’s never in pain during a haircut. I kept telling the stylist is the clippers hurting him. «Oh noooo, he’s fine» my son starts crying, I comfort him and finally he survived. As soon as I get closer and the Cape is pulled off, he is covered in clip scratches some even bleeding. I have never experienced anything like this, especially for my son. May need better clippers or more training. I will not be back to any super cuts for that matter.

Tina and Cindy are amazing hair stylist! I’ve been cutting my hair and my kids hair at this location for decades. They have never let me down. They are very personable and I consider them friends. Overall the entire team is super friendly and great.

I not to picky about my hair; most times I wear a ball cap and keep my hair pretty short, but the hack job I got today is unbelievable. When I was 4 years old and gave myself a haircut I probably did a better job. There are random long patches and short patches along the sides of my head that were obvious once I got home and looked closely in the mirror. I’m not being picky either the differences in hair lenth are greater than half an inch; and up to an inch in some places
I not sure of her name but if a younger Spanish lady with tattoos tries cutting your hair, run.

My 6 year old son is not a baby any more and getting too big for the kiddie cut chairs. I paid extra for shampoo, which he loved. He was smiling the whole time. He loved the music playing and was singing along. I showed the stylist the cut we wanted and my son was very happy with the cut and styling. All the girls seem very nice and at this point we don’t have a preference but he definitely wants to go back to this location. Knowing how hard it is for a little boy to feel comfortable around sharp objects near his head and keep still, finding a good place to get his haircut is a big deal. Thanks Supercuts!

You really get what you pay for. Haircuts here are cheaper & I think are a greater option for men than it is for women. I do not remember the person who cut my hair but my experience here was just alright. I always get lured into getting cheap haircuts & then afterward regret that I did because the experience just feels very unenjoyable. You don’t get your hair washed or shampooed, no styling & the technique in their cuts seem to emphasize timeliness rather than quality. I’ve never had my hair colored here but I’d honestly be scared to.

Very dependable hair cutters. Most of the stylists that work there have been there for years and do a good job. I recommend this business.

Great service! Saw Cindy this morning and she had me done and off to work in only 20 minutes. What I really like in addition to a great cut was the questions she asked to make sure I got exactly the look I needed. Without a word from me she offered to trim my eyebrows plus around the ears. This is my second visit, the first was with Lacey who did an equally nice job (good conversation too). Overall since moving to the area this will my place for my hair.

Terrible, I’ve been using this branch for over ten years. Every time I go the service gets worse and worse. If the haircuts got better the lack of customer service wouldn’t be a big deal but haircuts are getting worse as well. Called for appointment sat in waiting room ten mins past my wait time until I was even asked for mY name. Waiting room full still wanted me to wait another 30+ mins. USE NEW COTTLE BRANCH EVERYOBE

My boy has been waiting for quite some time for his haircut and yes they did a great job but at this rate my boys going to be a man. I also do like the lakers color scheme they’ve got going on.

I am done with this place. After going here for over 4 years I am tired of the changes in stylists. This location has always had sub par service, but I put up with it because I has two reliable stylists I would see. But they are now both gone and I am left with the same poor service. Well not anymore… on to a new business! Don’t know where yet, but it won’t be this one!

I apologize for not remembering names but the lady whose station is right behind the cash register cut my hair and did a great job. I wanted a trim and she cut up exactly how much i wanted, no more no less. She was quick about it and super nice.
however, they lost two stars for the woman who cut my boyfriend’s hair. Her station was right next to the waiting area and although she was nice, did a terrible job cutting his hair. My boyfriend showed her the picture of the style he wanted and asked for it to be longer in the back. He has some scaring on the back of his head and keeps his hair long to cover it. She seemed to understand what he wanted and was in the beginning doing a great job. However, in the end, the back was cut so short it was practically a buzz cut and his scars were clearly visible. Needless to say, hubby was not happy.

I have been coming here for 3 years, Dj is awesome he is a great stylist and very professional. I only go to him when I need a haircut

Good place for quick and clean haircut. My man DJ will cut your hair fast and clean, and with not mistakes.
I hate taking forever getting a haircut. That’s why I always ask for DJ. Clean, fresh, and always perfect!

If I could afford something other than this, I would happily go. I do not recommend this place at all.
I clearly described what I wanted for a hair style. I told her the lengths and even told her the number for the shavers that was used last time that I liked. My hair was down to my cheeks, and I wanted my bangs cut a quarter of an inch. The lady who cut my hair left HALF AN INCH of hair on my bangs. They do NOT listen to what you want, or consult you before making decisions for you. Their justification is «it looks better this way».
