We been coming here for warriors game as least twice a week. Usually I don’t like to do review. Good or bad. But everytime we come here our service had been the same. Which is 1 star. The food here are descent. Not bad but not either. Does the job if your are hungry. Now for the reason for the 1 star. The waitresses here have no business working here. They are not very attentive. After we get our foods the waitress go bs with the VIP. Unless you are a VIP or they know you. They don’t treat customer the same. I hope the manager are reading this. I would like to compliment the Rookie waiter that just started. The waitress here should take lesson from him on customer service.

Don’t come here for the food. It’s 24⁄7 which is great but you could do so much better at ihop or dennys. But it’s worth 1 visit just to eat a hot meal after hours in a casino in San Jose — which could be a novel experience depending on how jobless you are. It definitely made our night! The saving grace were the pancakes and bacon — I don’t think it’s possible to get these wrong. I got the mixed chowmein which tasted old and slightly cold — didn’t seem like it was tossed in a pan. The buffalo wings were basically deep fried chicken wings with disappointing sauces on the side. All of this cost 37 bucks with tip. Thankfully I survived. But I do have a strong Indian stomach so I can’t guarantee that you will come out unscathed. Still think it’s worth 1 visit and maybe another if you are entertaining someone who’s never seen the insides of a casino. Plenty of parking, bring your 18 wheeler. Cash only! There’s an ATM that charges 3 bucks. Cigarette dispenser on-site kinda cool — 8 bucks a pack.

I come here specifically for the bacon wrapped prime rib and coconut water. I look forward to eating this combo anytime I come to San Jose. But it is $ 40 for this meal.

Terrible food… had calamari to start, was greasy and horribly over cooked in rancid oil… Followed with Prime Rib, hard to say how Old, asked for rare, came Med well and cold. Sides came over on Mayflower, au ju had no taste. Told waitress and she simply shrugged her shoulders. Not good, stay away…

There is maybe 1 or 2 waitresses there that shouldn’t in the customer service business at all. Also the ambience isn’t the best but at least it is clean. If the rating was based on food alone my rating would be a 5! It is why I continue to frequent this place. My compliments to the Chef! I highly recommend: Wings Beef Phở Chicken Fried steak Mongolian Beef

Quite little place right inside the door of the casino, with dated décor, had the chicken fingers, garlic fries. The chicken fingers where good and tender, the garlic fries leaked flavor looked like regular fries with parsley sprinkled on top not worth the price. Wait staff not attentive waitress took order then reappeared with the food and disappeared again not worth your time

Sad, sad, place. Decent food. But very depressing inside. Also, the order was placed by phone. Where is the kitchen?

Good food, big portions! It has a bit of an odd atmosphere… kind of like a bowling alley snack bar. I had the beef and broccoli and it was delicious — sweet and savory with plenty of sauce and a generous portion of rice. Fries and sandwiches are also served in big portions here, and they’re really good. This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for real food close to the airport and Fanime!

Came to Bay 101 hungry and craving Filipino style breakfast as well as Phở, but still left feeling hungry. Never again only good thing about the meal was the water.

A. Ambience– restaurant smells like old people and really bad smoky smell in the lobby because the gamblers ash tray is right In front of the entrance. Chairs and tables in the 80s, B. Food: Prime rib– $ 26.50 large size but not worth it. Kinda cold. Not juicy. The au jus was not from prime rib, some kind of brown water from prob a mix. It was ok. Yes portion is big but you pretty much paid $ 26.50 for it so not worth it. I’d rather go to a prime rib place for $ 30-$ 35 bucks and enjoy quality meat. Tocino rice plate-pork chop cured with Tocino mix. It looked exciting but after getting a taste. It was dry and very lean meat and the cure was missing taste. It didn’t taste like the Tocino I know. Beef phở– super delish. Only Reason for 3 stars C. Service– lots of people started coming in so she got busy. She was forgetting things and there were only 2 of them working the bar and all the Tables. Nevertheless she got her full gratuity because there was more than 6 of us. What I didn’t like is that she didn’t forewarn is that she included gratuity ! Ugh! I wrote in gratuity until my sis questioned why the bill was so much. Be courteous and tell people you’ve included gratuity. What I come here again? not sure. They CHARGED for TOGO bag and horseradish to go since I had a lot of leftovers I wanted some. Again did not tell me she was charging for them and the only restaurant I know that charges. Minus one more star.

Bay 101 food. Cheap but good NY steak and prime rib, portions are amazing for the price. I went here for Christmas by myself and the waitresses were very generous with the sodas and sides.

Good place to go to late night, but not too late. They don’t open 24hrs anymore last time I checked. The animals from the clubs ruined for errbody. I come here when I’m craving noodles and the local Viet shops are closed. Always get the calamari.

Best short ribs in town, only available on Thursday. Come early as they sometimes run out.

Great food, good prices, friendly service! They have a lot of variety and serve American, Seafood, Breakfast, Asian, Mexican, and Italian foods. The waitresses are very nice and bring your food out quickly. We had a tasty Greek Salad, a Patty Melt with Garlic Fries, Lobster Bisque, and some fried egg rolls. Everything was tasty, we will definitely go back. Don’t let the fact that it’s located inside of a casino change your thoughts of going there. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s definitely worth a try.

The perfect 24 hour place to eat especially if you want something other than Denny’s. Cube-Steak and Oyster Rockefeller is the go to dish. The calamari is only good if its newly cooked. The calamari seems to have been sitting under heat lamps for an hour before serving. Waitresses are always friendly. We’ve been going here since it opened in 1994.

I like this place, they always take good care of me. I like to come here for a meal when i can’t cook right after a win. Drink refills are always free and they make sure you feel at home. Quality of the food is pretty fresh. I have to say Chinese food is quite decent, portions are really good, but what I really like is the seafood pastas(in alfredo) or the prime rib meals. They make’em real juicy and the price is just right.

Well, we came here for the Rockefeller Oysters and ended up getting those(2 orders) plus a Turkey Club, a beer, and a wine. The price was very reasonable – likely the best place to get quality Rockefeller Oysters at a decent price. The service wasn’t too hot that night. We felt ignored. The décor is a little outdated, but really, it’s inside Bay 101 so who really cares? The dishes and flatware were fairly clean, which is a huge bonus. The bathroom’s are pretty clean was well. They had a sign out about their Happy Hour during NFL games which had some pretty good deals on it – I can’t remember exactly what they were, but I remember thinking that they were a great deal. I’ll be back, but only with my fiancé – Cherryl D was right – too many old perverts!

this place now closes at 1am and reopens at 6am. BUMMER! i remember this place used to be 24 hrs. :( the oyster rockerfeller is what i come back for! and the calamari! just steer clear of their phở. that’s the only one i didn’t really like. there is a new spot to the right(if you’re looking at Sutter’s). it’s supposed to have most of the same stuff as Sutter’s, but i only saw a deli style spot and that was it. their menu is very minimal, so i decided to leave. if you got a baby face, then they’ll check your ID when you walk thru the front door. if you’re not a smoker fan, you’ll be walking through the clouds of smoke when you first come in. i don’t really like to gamble, i’m just here for the food. :p

I used to come here every time after clubbing when I used to live in the bay area! I love this place, even though the service is horrible(but I don’t blame them because it’s usually after club hours where all the clubbers get the drunk munchies! they actually should get recognition for catering to the drunks and gambleholics!) I used to come here when the kalbi ribs were only $ 8 and you get a lot! Then we kept on ordering it and they raised the price to like $ 12 – 13 or something. It beats Denny’s for after hour clubbing food! It’s Asian-American fusion food! I think I’ve gotten almost everything. Btw they give you a good amount of food for an inexpensive price! I also get the belut egg, which I can’t find anywhere else. 16 oz rib was pretty cheap. They have everything from chinese food to vietnamese phở and viet dishes. I love this place.
