T & G Whirlpool Repair

Tom is a very friendly and arrive on time, he were able to fix the problem a lot less than what I anticipated, very reasonable guy and good workmanship. I wanted him to repair another item, but he just told me where to get the parts, so I did save 100 dollars by buying the part myself and popping it in.

I would not use these people again. They came out to fix a leak, took off the side of my Jacuzzi and said, «We are only going to put in a couple of screws back into the side because we are coming back to fix the leak next week. We don’t want to have to unscrew all these screws again.» It has been more than a month and they never came back. Two phone calls and a fax and they still have not returned. I will need to get another company to come out and pay them to just put the spa back together. You would think they would at least re-​assemble what they dissassembled, and have the courtesey to say, «We can’t fix your spa, you will need to live with it or find another repair person.» That isn’t how this group operates. They just dissassemble your spa and never return. The whole operation is very unprofessional and unresponsive from what I can see. I would definately NOT use them again.

I’ve used T&G several times for service on my Jacuzzi hot tub over the past few years. Prompt response, excellent service, reasonable rates. Highly recommend!
