As a Southerner, I’ve sorely missed quality BBQ out here in California, but TasteeBytes’ BBQ pulled pork fries are *hands down* the best I’ve *ever* had outside Memphis, TN. Fries were crunchy and crisp, pork was tender and moist, and the ratio was spot on. Sauce had a tangier lean than I usually prefer, but still beats everything I’ve had west of the Rockies. Customer service is fantastic as well. I forgot to ask for no ranch until I saw it on my meal, and they took it back made a fresh one no questions asked! For $ 10 and enough to share with my wife, it was a great value, and I will definitely be coming back!

Just finished eating their BBQ chicken sandwich. So good. I have allergies to garlic and onions and they were extremely accommodating. Everything was delicious and fresh. Also, the cream filled churros were absolutely amazing.

Ordered the Pulled Pork Fries and the flavors were spot on. The fries were crunchy, the mixture of the coleslaw w/pork was delicious! Service was friendly and for $ 10 I got way more fries that one person should eat. I gave about 1⁄5 away but I devour the rest. Will definitely recommend. Disclaimer: I was pretty hungry.

Best high food ever. I like the food, but I hate the chubby guy that works there, he always trying to make me fat! Will always eat their food whenever I get the chance.

I liked the fresh french fries and the Garlic Grilled Cheese Sandwich was simply awesome. Toasted bread grilled with garlic and two layered cheese may not be very healthy, but definitely delicious and worth trying once.

I love TasteeBytes a lot and so does everyone at my school(EVHS)!! Our all time favorite is the Pulled Pork Fries, but a lot of other things on the menu are good too. Pulled Pork Fries — Crisp, golden fries with juicy, BBQ coated pulled pork, with some cole slaw that gives it it’s nice crunch. Mix it all together and it is heavenly and DIVINE. Their portions are pretty good and ratio of meat to cole slaw to fries are on point.(Try their secret menu item: Mango Pulled Pork Fries) Pulled Pork Sandwich — This really fills you up — they’re so generous with the meat portions. This is a healthier dupe to the pulled pork fries, but still very delicious. they use Hawaiian sweet buns with the same BBQ pork and cole slaw concoction and the flavor just seems magical. They have so many other things and it’s so good, you gotta check ‘em out!

7÷8÷15(update): Long time no see! Glad to have this truck back! 1. Pulled Pork Cajun Dog $ 8(no tax): I’m not a pulled pork fan – to me I’d much rather sink my teeth into substantial meaty pieces, so trying this means I’ve tried most of everything else that interests me. And man, I really do like the pulled pork on this – it’s meaty enough, has good fat, and is very nicely fried and crisped on the outside! It’s so good pulled pork I might have to go 100% and try their pulled pork sandwich next time! The pork sits on top of a spiral cut dog, which is quite big itself, and inside Hawaiian sweet buns. The dog itself is high quality and yummy, and of course the buns are the best kind of bread for hot dogs. Great combo. 9⁄10. 2. Cream Filled Churros $ 5(no tax): I get these every time. Really good and crisp on outside, and love the cream in the middle! You get about 2 normal sized churros cut in half, to make 4 pieces. $ 5 is expensive for what you get, but oh well, tastes great. 8⁄10. 5⁄5 #truck #hotdog #sausage #churro

Loved the corn fritters! Loved the Philly cheesesteak! The bread on the cheesesteak was really soft and different than the usual cheesesteak bread. The meat had great flavor as well.

Excellent Food Truck with friendly service. I’ve tried most of their food selections and all are very good and not that expensive in comparison to other food trucks. the food always comes out hot as all their items are«made to order» so being fresh is important to me. Once in a while if Tung is working, he makes me an off menu item which is always GREAT! Thanks Tongue. lol My fav are the pulled pork sandwich with fries. wash that down with some mountain dew! so if you ever drive by a green food truck parked around the block… stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Pros: fun selection of hot dogs, affordable drinks, good sized portion of churros, southern slaw dog was decent. Cons: food took a long time with very few people ordering at this event, they didn’t have cheese so they couldn’t make one of their menu items, prices are kind of steep for a hot dog. When I hear«cajun dog,» I’m expecting a little spicy. These weren’t spicy and didn’t taste super cajun to me. This truck was okay and I might eat there again if it was at an event, but I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to visit it…

Yummy hot dog. I just got the Classic with Spicy May, Mustard and Ketchup but it was a treat! Didn’t realize they use hawaiian bread for the bun! Yummy! Their fries are also tasty and crispy! Next time I’ll try out their Churro!

Their fries taste like McDonalds fries, crispy and good amount of salt. BBQ Chicken sandwich was okay, but i think the bbq sauce could have been alittle more flavorful, and the cheese wasnt really needed.

Pulled Pork Sandwich($ 7) The pulled pork sandwich was amazing — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The sauce and fixings on top were good and complement the sandwich without overpowering the flavor of the meat. The pork was moist and tasty. Ones I’ve had in the past are often dry, but this was perfect. The bread was soft, so it was hard to pick up, but it did make it easy to bite into. The sandwich wasn’t too big, but fair. I consider myself an average eater and I felt reasonably satisfied after this. Cream Filled Churros($ 5) They’re exactly what they sounds like, but they were awesome. Best eaten when fresh, as they do get a little chewier after cooling down. An order of 4 churros that are about 4 – 5 inches in length, costs $ 5, so it’s a bit on the pricier side, and I wouldn’t get it every time. However, I’d recommend trying it at least once; you may like it.

Ordered: Rajun Cajun Bacon Dog Based on the previous reviews, everyone said to get the pulled pork fries, but they were out! :( Instead, I got the Rajun Cajun Bacon Dog and it hit the spot. The bun was toasty and warm. The cajun link’s skin had a nice crisp to it augmented by the bacon right on top. They didn’t overdo the BBQ sauce /buttermilk ranch and the grilled onions had some caramelization going on. It was quite the array of textures and a wholesome bite.

This place is off the hook, well at least I think so. This truck along with a couple others comes to my office building at least once if not twice a week. I missed them the first couple times so I was excited when I saw they were here today. This bright lime green food truck serves up sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and fries but their main thing they are most popular for are their pulled pork sandwich and pulled pork fries. I’m not too much of a hot dog person BUT when it comes to slaw dogs that’s a different story. I usually have slaw dogs in the south and seems they are hard to come by on the west coast. But this place made my day because they had a southern slaw dog. This was a hot link topped with creamy coleslaw, ranch and bbq sauce. I got that and I also got the churros which were filed with Bavarian cream. The southern slaw dog was amazing, the coleslaw was done right, the ranch and bbq sauce have it that extra flavor, the bun was sweet and nicely toasted but I expected the hot link to have more of a kick to it. The churros were great as well, the Bavarian cream was a nice addition as opposed to having a plain churro and it was heavily dusted with cinnamon and sugar. I would most def go back for those two things but I am curious about trying those pulled pork fries since that’s the most popular item on the menu.

WOW!!! Went in not really knowing what to expect… I saw the Unilocal reviews so I decided to go with the pulled pork fries. AMAZING. The pork was nice and crispy and not soggy at all. They put just enough coleslaw too. So good. Highly recommend.

The food was solid but I think slightly overpriced. Most of the items are 6 – 9 bucks. I got the cajun rajun bacon dog. It was decent but i wasnt super impressed. Maybe next time ill try the pulled pork as it seems to be the fan favorite. Overall, I still enjoyed my meal, but it probably coulda been a dollar less maybe. Im thinkin the price range for a dog should be like 6 max… but ive had more expensive trucks.

Surprisingly I loved the food here. I didn’t have very high expectations because this was one food truck out of the 10 that was available. So many choices, they all dilute each other out. BUT… i’m so glad i stumbled across the green truck, because dang, this was good food! Street hot dog with spicy mayo: I didn’t even know it came with bacon, which was cooked at the perfect level of crisp. As a combo with their toasted hawaiian bread, the dog itself, bacon and spicy mayo, the result was one of the best hot dogs i’ve had. Pulled pork fries: here’s the winner. Their pulled pork is the best pulled pork I have had. It’s not too salty, it’s not too chewy, and there was a healthy portion of fat. I liked it so much, an hour after i finished it, I wanted to go back for seconds but had to stop myself. Add this food truck to your food list!

Tasteebytes came out to donate food for our kickball tournament to raise money for summer reading kits for children over the weekend. Not only were they philanthropic and kind to a crowd of starving kickball players, but their food was delicious! We were all impressed by the taste and quality of their food. Their menu ranges anything from Cajun Bacon Dog, to BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Fries, and even churros. I tried their classic pulled pork sandwich and it was different from your usual pulled pork on a hamburger bun. They loaded the pulled pork on a gigantic toasted bread. I mean, it really was gigantic. There was so much meat on my sandwich! The pulled pork was moist and some pieces were crispy, it went so well together. The sandwich is topped off with a generous helping of coleslaw and drizzled with BBQ sauce and a white cream sauce(maybe ranch?). The service was great and they were quick and friendly. I’m definitely a fan!

Like AutoBots, there’s more to them than meets the eyes. Just like anyone, when you first lay eyes on their green truck… it doesn’t excite your hunger. And then when you look at the wrap, you start to think… WTF is this white thing? Is it some sort of muffin or cupcake frosting? It turns out it’s a chef’s hat. Anyways, the visual impact makes me think this is some bakery truck and then I get more confused when I see the menu and don’t see any bakery items. At every large event they’re at, I’ve noticed… they only have long lines after the first pulled pork fries are served. Once people are impressed wit the mound of pork fries’ visual impact along with the taste, their facial expression radiates. Surrounding people start to take notice and I start to join the swarm of people crowding the green truck. The girlfriend and I start our meals. The first things we like to do is ask the new truck, «WHATAREYOURFLAGSHIPITEMS? WHAT’S MOSTPOPULAR?» Pulled Pork Fries– It’s not just bursting with flavours. There’s a slight journey to their layers of flavouring. It’s quite genius. When you taste it, it’s not what it looks like. Maybe at first. You start to taste that it’s going towards the bbq/terriyaki direction in flavouring and then you start to taste the vinaigrette and the acidity pulls you into another direction and the contrast works! Texture is amazing. It’s soft and tender like cotton. And it’s soaked in savoury natural juice that the pork has. It really taste like it’s been cooked for half the day prior. Pulled Pork Sandwich– Just when you think the pulled pork couldn’t get any better, they throw in the sweetness of the hawaiian bread to carry the flavours to a whole new plateau. That’s right, hawaiian bread can take almost anything and ascend it to a new plateau of flavours. Cajun Bacon Dog– Cannot express love without bacon. If you thought SF Bacon dogs were the best, I can tell you the best bacon dogs are from Tasteebytes representing the South SF Bay Area! Imagine what it is in your mind and expect it to be three times better than that! Cream Filled Churros– It’s as good as you think it sounds. Tasteewings– Can’t get enough of it. Awesome side dish! Cannot judge a book by its cover with this truck. I think the owners are either genius or just really eccentric minded, because the visual impact lowers the expectation and then when you taste their food, their food absolutely contrasts with their visual impact. I think it’s genius. The general reaction from the public says alot about a truck. Like Susan Boyle or the Autobots, there’s more to them than meets the eyes.
