I joined TEAM F.A.S.T to improve primarily my cardio routine for a good blood pressure. I have never felt my heart so pumped up, until I learned the workouts/circuit training here. I feel I am in better condition since I continue with some of the exercises/circuits even when I am on my own or at the gym. The best part is Doyle educating us to do each exercise, & motivating statements during a work out. I also appreciate his positive energy. I encourage anyone who not only wants to improve their image, but also who wants to learn ways of improving their cardio(heart) conditions, of course with permission from your doctor. Team a team comprised of individuals with different goals. You can expect overall fitness, weight loss, cardio, endurance, strength training, conditioning, etc. As a runner, I have improved on my daily runs in both time and distance. Where I used to run 10 miles, I now run 13 and feel less tired than when I started. This has been what I personally noticed while in F.A.S.T. It’s not the boot camp, in your face, type of stuff… you go at the pace you feel most comfortable. The instructor Doyle, is a professional fighter but has mastered the professionalism and dedication to fitness and people. The team includes all body types, sizes, and ages. No judgments, just fitness. If you are wondering what makes this team different than the others– the quality and caliber of the instructor, thank you Coach Doyle.

Team F.A.S.T. is a place that has helped, motivated, and inspired me to continue taking care of my health and body. It’s a place where everyone is welcomed, and all the members support each other through the trainings and workouts. If you are not there, sometimes your team sends you a «missed you today» message — I like that. The culture, feeling, and experience at Team F.A.S.T. is very unique because you are not intimidated by the trainers and professionals, but more so encouraged. I have seen all ages, sexes, and backgrounds be part of the team. There has been times when I need a little push, and Doyle, our trainer is there to do that! I have traveled a lot for work, but he reminds me while I am away, to get my work out in and ensure I am eating right! It will be nearly a year that I have been a member of Doyle’s team. He is one of the most positive, dedicated, and committed trainers, and keeps it real — in a good way! Thank you Team F.A.S.T. for caring about my health!
