The bartender came ANHOUR late to my wedding and didn’t even call to let us know. We had to call them excessively just to get any status update. The service was fine while she was there, but the bar was set up on the wrong side from where I wanted it, so she had to constantly leave it unattended to run back and forth.

Would give zero stars if we could. DeShawn, the owner, has plenty of excuses but no responsibility for her ruining our event. Problems due to her terrible planning, but all she did was point fingers. No apologies for bad service. She offered us a refund and then wouldn’t send it, playing games like«I never said WHEN I would send it.» What is she, six years old? Own your mistakes, DeShawn!

Unprofessional, terrible service! Hired this company for a large corporate event back in August. They were supposed to provide beverage service for 4 hours plus an hour for a set up. The owner(De Shawn) made a huge mistake by trying to rent a delivery vehicle morning of the event. Apparently when she went to pick it up vehicle was not available. So she decided to drive from San Jose all the way to San Francisco to get another one(story provided by her staff). Meanwhile, her staff arrived not an hour but 10 min before beginning of the event and had no supplies needed to set up contracted beverage service. So they just stood there waiting for her for almost two hours. De Shawn made no effort to give us a call and keep us informed on why she’s been late and when to expect her. We scrambled to get tap water for our 300 guests on a very warm day. Lunch service got pushed by almost an hour as there were no drinks and we were told she’d be arriving any moment and bring water and ice. By the time she finally arrived and they set up beverage service lunch was finished and we were more than half way into our event. No apologies whatsoever. As a matter of fact, there was no follow up either, no word from her for 3 days following event until I sent her an email demanding a refund. She accepted the blame and had no good excuse for a disaster service, so she agreed to give us a refund. Two weeks later, no refund. We contacted her to inquire about it and were told that she agreed to issue a refund, but did not say when it would happen. Really??? Not left with any other choice we filed a dispute with PayPal and finally received our refund. If I could give them zero stars I would. And we most certainly will NEVER contract them again considering how they handled the entire situation and trouble we had to go through to get our money back.

OK if you are looking for a server, but could be less pricey for that. Bartender I experienced did not know anything about actually mixing drinks. Mixed a chocolatini with citron vodka when I had specifically handed her vanila vodka for that drink. On the plus side, the lady she sent was very pleasant Would have been nice if she stuck around for the full time that was paid for. After dinner wound down, she took off saying she did not see any need for her svcs, when there was a lull a hour earlier than the 5 hr min, and I was left to run around later on on my own. would have been happy to pay for an extra hour or two if required. Perhaps I don’t know how to extract work from staff.

Best service ever. Deshawn was a pleasure to work with. Her bartenders are great. My buddy had them work a family reunion they were having and it was my job to make sure everything went well. Deshawn made sure everything went well. Will definitely use them in the future.
