Rent for a bachelorette party and had a great time! Started in Livermore and went into San Francisco! We all had a safe and fun time! Thank you Bay Party Bus for making it all happen!

The past few times our organization has used this company, it’s been ok. One time they were late and two times their tvs didn’t work properly which was kind of annoying because we had a bus full of crazy kids. But, it’s not the end of the world.
However, today we had a bus booked and they didn’t even show up! When we tried to call them (all the numbers) they didn’t have working voicemail or the box was full. So much for customer service… smh! So I had to drive a bunch of kids myself to an event and was late.
It’s not under my control if we use this company again, but if it were up to me, I’d call someone else!
