I am CURRENTLYONHOLDANDHAVEBEENONHOLDFORTHELAST45MINUTES! Their website is impossible and all Ticketmaster has yet to refund money to me for selling a ticket.

Worst company of all time. Why are we as consumers allowing a company to own us and take advantage of us the way Ticketmaster does? At some point things have to change. Ticketmaster is an absolute joke, basically stealing money from consumers with absurdly high per tickets fees and offering nothing in return. Worst customer service of all time. What a scam. I hate this company passionately and am considering organizing a way to fight back. It may take a boycott of epic proportions to make a true difference but I don’t think it’s out of the question. Never thought I’d say this but I think I found a company I despise more than Comcast. Unreal.

Awful company. Their website kept flipping out and returning to the home page while I was trying to buy tickets(it took me well over an hour to get it to cooperate). Arg! I finally got it to sell me 2 tickets. Got an email confirmation for the 2 tickets and all was well. Yeah! Concert was great. My husband and I love it. … Fast forward a month and my credit card statement arrives and says I bought 4 tickets. Whaaaa? Called Ticketmaster and they say too bad. Not our fault our website stinks and we never emailed you about the other tickets. Never again. Oh, and don’t even try to buy tickets by phone unless you want to completely lose you mind.

Logged on to buy tickets at 12 when tickets went on sale and it said no tickets available for TOOL at Bill Graham Events Center in San Francisco. How does a show sell out in a matter of one second? Then they added a second show. That wasn’t planned at all!!! lmao

I called about tickets that were never received after 3 months. The web site would not let me submit a question via their email form. Instead, it demanded that I keep selecting their pre-formatted options until there were no more options. IOW it was a dead end with no way to email them a question. I called the published customer service number. During the automated greeting, I pressed 0, and it hung up. I called back and tried not saying anything. The IVR said, «Let’s try this a different way… goodbye-eee!» To help others, here’s how I managed to speak to someone: I cooperated obediently, subserviently with our TM master. I answered the automated questions, and kept saying«Something else». Finally they transferred me to a CSR, who was actually a pretty nice guy. I can’t imagine working Customer Service for Ticketmaster. Imagine the irate callers they get due to TM’s callous web site and IVR experience. So I was extra polite to the man. I would ask others to do the same. He straightened out the problem. I’m guessing there must be an inverse correlation between their level of customer(rock bottom) and their corporate officers’ annual compensation($$$$$$). We need to break TM’s semi-monopoly.

It has become impossible to buy tickets. Even if I am online at the second the ticket sales open, I can’t even see available seats. If it says«not many left» it still says tickets are unavailable, try again later. Like, are you kidding me??? i just want to tickets, god damn it!

Ticketmaster sucks, i went to buy tickets on their site for 15 $ each. AT the show they were 17 $ at the door. Ticketmaster charges you a 3.50 servicing fee each ticket and 2 order fee, making it more expensive to buy them than at the door. Never buy tickets from them unless unavoidable. Id give them negative stars but not an option.

Worst customer service in the world. I don’t understand how are they surviving. I had to take huge loss because of their fault. My ticket got sold automatically, i have no idea how. They allowed some hacker to sell my ticket & transferred money to some other bank account. Customer service has no clue and kept saying that you sold your ticket. its so frustrating talking to them, they have no idea how to dig into any issue. They will keep you on hold forever. I’ll never use them again & would not recommend to anyone.

Ticketmaster is essentially a monopoly that engages in massive fraud. «Customer service» is a joke — the will take your money that’s about it(don’t expect anything in terms of customer support via email or phone). They are well aware the the public really has no option but to use their«service» but really enough is enough. People should wise up and boycott, contact the Better Business Bureau, and look into class action lawsuits.

I’m going to continue with the long line of negative reviews. Extremely poor experience with Ticketmaster. I purchased a ticket several months in advance, only to quickly realize I had a conflict on that date(which I admit was 100% my fault). They advertise several possible«options» for people in this situation, but for some reason none of them applied to my venue. For example, a refund if requested within 72 hours of purchase(mine was placed within hours, but I was told it did not apply to this venue– ?). Sale on Ticketmaster’s online site that people could see when searching for tickets(also not an option at my venue– huh?). Switching dates for the same event(also not an option for whatever reason, I should add this was for The Lion King which always sells out, and I had purchased the tickets almost 5 months before the performance). I simply couldn’t believe there was absolutely no recourse for somebody in my situation. The only option was to transfer them directly to a 3rd party, which the software would not allow, requiring weeks of back and forth with tech support in order to finally accomplish. I was really unhappy with my experience and will not be using Ticketmaster in the future, even if they are the only vendor for a particular event. I would recommend you avoid them as well.

The worst customer service in the world! They don’t make it easy to email with an individual question and when I called they kept me on hold for 28 minutes before hanging up on me! In my opinion this company is probably going bankrupt or failing. I’d be very hesitant to send them any money.

I ordered 3 tickets to Sac Kings/Warriors game in November. $ 619.00 and was told I couldn’t print tickets until a week before the event. The event is next Tuesday and still«locked out». I get to call back at 9:00 when they open which gave me this window of time to rate them.

In my opinion ticketmaster is a rip-off, with extremely high fee charges that cannot be waived or refunded even in the event of an emergency. Most places will allow this with a day in advance notice for a nominal fee and I am asking 20 days in advance but not Ticketmaster, they won’t do it. This will be the last time I use there service! I would rather go straight to the event location or an online place like groupon or goldstar in the future. To top it off the person who helped was rude about giving me time to consider any options.

Suckiest of the suckiest. Their website is so pathetic its horrid. People should get fired or perhaps the business should just stick its head in the sand and give up at life. This site is about as good as the ObamaCare website: doesn’t work, crashes, and sucks your money dry while not actually providing any real services.

Ticketmaster should not be in business. They have zero customer service. When you visit their contact us page, it will send you in circles never leading you to an actual person to talk to. I will not do business with them again. And I would strongly suggest to future customers to purchase tickets from another company. Still waiting for a refund… It is funny, they have no problem taking your money. But even when you resell them to another customer costing them NOTHING! They send you to their most god awful website to navigate… never giving you an ACTUAL person to talk to. Ticketmaster, I will never do business with you again. Your business philosophy is a freaking joke. No wonder you have terrible reviews. Lesson learned!

Seriously Silicon Valley, it’s time to unseat Ticketmaster! They are the worst organization on the planet in a huge industry. Let’s get to work on changing the paradigm here!

I would also give™ negatives stars if I could. Tried to buy my did Ariana Grande tickets last weekend. We were trying on three computers trying for the best tickets possible. Ticketmaster blocked my ip address for trying on too many computers and a «Forbidden» warning came up. When I called support they told me I would be blocked for 24 hours because I refreshed to many times. The nerve of me… trying to get good seats when nothing was coming up. No apology, nothing. Find a more accurate way to block people you dummies. Look at my history of buying. Obviously I am not a Broker but an occasional concert goer. Crying little girl… no tickets, while Brokers everywhere have tickets for hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Hope you are happy Ticketmaster. We need to reduce the power of this total monopoly. I hate you Ticketmaster.

If I could give them a minus star I would. The worst support and lack of service I have experienced. Their site charged for tickets over and over as I tried to book tickets… but I received a message try again, tickets already sold and so on. Never did it say there was an issue! The credit card company contacted me noting a fraud issue. Tried to call and after 10 minutes we finally had a 3 way call with an inexperienced, unhelpful ticketmaster representative. The credit card company rep was disgusted as well! i still have 6 pending charges… they assured me it would be addressed… that was last week. I relayed they had a website issue and she told me… you should have noted in our fine print. blah blah blah. I told her… if it had come up with a message that there was an issue I would have stopped attempting to get tickets! But the message said to try again. Perhaps a message stating our site has an ISSUE would be a better option! Will not use Ticketmaster again and recommending others don’t as well.

I don’t know how companies like this can survive today. Ridiculous service fees for the worst service available. I really don’t know how they could do their job any worse. — Slow, non-intuitive website, check — Outrageous fees, check — Horribly over-priced logistical options, check — Nickle & dime you for every possible item, check — No recourse for tickets that don’t arrive, check Why do venues have deals with this company??? Somebody is getting paid off, it’s that simple. They are worse than the mob. Startup idea: Do what TicketMaster does, except the right way…
