I come here on a regular basis. It’s my home Togo’s. I enjoy the customer service. They are all friendly and greet you at the door, and work the lines very quickly. The only issue is when it is busy(Pastrami Mondays!) the line gets long and it is hard to navigate to the soda fountain since the line easily extends in the area. Other than that, there is enough room for a quick eat inside with flat screen TV, or large outdoor patio area to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. I always feel welcome here, and will continue to make it my usual lunch spot. They have validation for 2 hours, so another big bonus! The ingredients are always fresh and chips are always in stock. They also have freshly brewed iced tea if you aren’t fond of sugary drinks like me. Correct me if I’m wrong, but at the moment the daily specials($ 6 for regular 6″ and drink) are: — — — — — — — — — — — — Sunday — Buffalo Chicken Monday — Pastrami Tuesday — Ham & Cheese Wednesday — Italian Thursday — Roast Beef Friday — Tuna Saturday — Oven Fresh Chicken

Bad choice & never again giving my business! Usually go to the one across from Martin Luther King library but was near this location & it was the worst decision I could’ve made! I walked In and the three girls working all stared! When I finally placed my order, she rudely and quickly said the types of bread and I asked to repeat and it was like world war 3. She’s so rude And whoever the other girl was at the register frekin was no help and sucked!!! Point is, don’t go!!!

I just got finished with my 10 inch roast beef sandwich. Wow this place makes good sandwiches! They distributed the condiments perfectly. The dutch crunch bread they use is delicious. Overall they keep the place pretty clean. No garbage bins overflowing and the floor was clear. The staff was really friendly too. Will definately come back!

Quick service. Somewhat healthy. Gets busy during lunch on weekdays. I made a salad into a wrap and toasted it. Yum. Most important thing: fresh avocado. Not the boxed guac that Subway has.

I had an issue regarding one of my online orders and the store manager Gonzalo was very helpful with getting it resolved. Love the salads!

This ToGos is Awesome! Staff is super friendly along with their manager! Service is fast. Produce is always fresh. Also their sandwiches are pretty stacked. It’s within walking distance from my work so it’s convenient for me. Also it’s great on my pocket as most places to eat downtown SJ are sit down restaurants & can be pricey. I totally recommend!

Best Togos I’ve ever been too. All the employees are super nice and even when they are in a rush they still get the line down really fast. Since i work a couple doors down I go in there quit often and they all already know my order(: I HIGHLY recommend this location because you get outstanding customer service and great tasting food.

For office catering, Togo’s on San Pedro – reliable, fast, accurate. and the manager Gonzalo is kind & helpful, super professional. I HIGHLY recommend them. I always have special requests on the orders, and it is never a problem– shout out to Rosa too, for being helpful and awesome on the phone!

Used to go here at least once a week for lunch since my office is right across the street. Staff is awesome and they make a decent sandwich quickly. However, $ should be changed to $$. $ 8.55 for a Turkey Avocado with Cheese?! Erik’s Deli is a block away, makes a better sandwich, and charges about the same price; Zanattos is just a few blocks away, makes better sandwiches, and is now a cheaper option. I was OK with the change from $ 7 to $ 7.55, upset about the hike to $ 8, and am now a former customer with the $ 8.55 increase.

Five stars for being able to accommodate a last minute lunch order for our small office luncheon when the deli at The Market was unwilling to assist. I placed our order at 10:00 and we were eating sandwiches for 20 by noon. Stellar customer service, clean store, and great management. The food was a hit and I look forward to placing more catering orders here in the near future since they were such a treat to deal with.

Kinda torn here on the rating. The staff has been good at getting orders right — better than many Togo’s. Wide-screen TV with Soccer at lunch is also a plus. Corporate has forced some unfortunate changes on them. The classic #16 has been replaced by a pepperoni and salad dressing concoction I do not care for. The Daily Deal here has included Pastrami on Mondays and Roast Beef on Thursdays, but the Deal has seen its second price change in about a year and the standalone Deal($ 4) on the sandwich is gone. They’re making it easier to check out the specials at Subway and treat myself to Ike’s a little more often.

Great place to grab a quick meal– especially if you are called into jury duty like I was lol! The owner’s know about the lunch rush and it is so efficient. Many, many sandwich makers so you are not stuck waiting for too long. There are seats outside and inside for those not taking to go. A quick walk from the courthouse. Parking did seem to be a pain there.

Intense. One of my favorite interactions ever: Employee: «You speak like a business professional.» Me: «I am. In San Francisco.» Employee: «What are you here for?» Me: «You could call it a rave.» To make it fuel was needed. Intensely delicious turkey avocado sandwich was a great choice on such an Intense night: Call it my professional opinion.

Nom Nom! My favorite sandwich place in the world. I was living Fresno CA for a while and there was only one Togos and it was run poorly. It is nice to return to the area where Togos got it’s start and get a #24 the way it supposed to be made… with plenty of my favorite jalapeño chips available. I was ecstatic to find one so close to my new job. This one was crowded at lunch(oooo what a surprise) but the line was fast, the employees were quick and pleasant. LOVEIT!

I am a huge Togo’s fan I guess you would say. I have been to every single one in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Downtown San Jose. I must say that this location is my favorite! They are always friendly and the Manager there is awesome. He remembers his customers and this is the first Togos I have been to that has so many regulars. I love it here!

Free drink with check in offer! This place is always super busy during lunch time due to all the downtown workers =) They have patio seating which is fairly nice, not heated though. The customer service is pretty awesome! Most togos that I’ve visited are not clean, sticky tables, etc. Make sure to check out their happy hr and receive a mini classic, chips, soda for 4 bucks!

I come here really often, as I work right around the corner. Every time we’ve gotten food from here(I usually come in and order anywhere from 1 – 8 items), I’m not stuck waiting too long and the food always turns out great. Also, the staff doesn’t waste your time and they seem really well informed. Not to mention the place itself is nice & modern — really clean! The reason I’m giving 5 stars is for the food quality and for the manager — he makes sure to go out of his way to help customers and is extremely hands on from what I’ve seen. He’s super friendly and helpful, and he really goes out of his way to deliver a great customer experience. Thanks Togo’s crew! See you soon :)

I love this place! They really try to get to know you, and the food is consistently good. With the corporate HQ of the whole chain on the 2nd floor, they probably put more effort into this location than usual.

I know, it’s just Togos, hardly the Ritz. But, it is Togos — so shouldn’t I be able to expect a well-crafted sandwich with quality ingredients??? Evidently the answer is NO. I chose one of the ‘toasted’ sandwiches — The Club. Toasted is hardly a good description — they dont toast the bread before they start making the sandwich. They ‘toast’ it after putting on sliced turkey and cheese which means the outside of the bread gets a couple grill marks, the inside? Nada a toasty mark to be found. So, that’s when I took away star 1. The rest of the ingredients? The tomato slices were a decent size but mealy and tasteless — and it’s the height of tomato season so where is this coming from? Probably a Sysco truck hauled it in from Cleveland for all I know. Bye bye star #2. Applewood-smoked bacon — ok, it was on the sammie but sliced so thin I could read the newspaper through it — and not a crunch to be heard — so sayonara star #3. Turkey — can’t they at least roast a real turkey and give me a nice, thick slice? The stuff they call turkey is something that’s obviously been ‘formed’, steamed and then sliced — which means totally flavorless and kind of slimey — say so long to Star #4. All the other fixins — which means mostly lettuce. It’s the kind of iceberg that’s been sliced into thin streamers & obviously jammed into a plastic bag for days/weeks/only god knows for sure. Predictably, it’s less than fresh & crisp with a flavor of packaged mustiness — gee, that rounds out the star count to 0. One star returned because the staff behind the counter is friendly and the line moves fast — but that is not enough to redeem a really horrible sandwich experience.
