highly recommend Trieu Tran to all of you who are buying and/​or selling a property. He is professional in business and has very good personality. I wish I could give him 10 stars on Unilocal.
First star, he is knowledgeable and professional in real estate. He always wants to know what my situation is, so that he can analyse and tell me what’s good and what’s bad for me. Based on his experience, he always tells me his opinion about each home, but he is so professional that he has never told me to buy what he likes. In fact, he always let me make my own decision.
Second star, he is responsible. We’ve been working together for more than 3 months and have looked at more than 70 properties in total, he has never been late. It is very important in business. In this way, we always gave the seller good impression. As a list agent, I believe he does the same as well.
Third star, he is patient. As I mentioned, we spent a LONG time working together, but he has NEVER rush me to buy anything and done his job. In fact, he is still willing to refer me to other services, such as contractors, even now when my home’s closed. Forth star, he has very strong negotiate skills. As a buyer agent, he helped me get a VERY good deal on the property that I just bought.
Fifth star, which is the most important one, he is an honest, friendly and fun person. Without this «star», the last four stars/​skills would not help at all. He tells me everything that he knows, and he has never told me to buy the ones at highest price. In fact, he even told me what’s overprice and not to buy.
Buying/​selling a property is a LONG process, and it is such a big event in one’s life. Having a reliable and knowledgeable agent to help is one of the most important decisions. I’ve never worked with other agents, but I believe he is the right one, and I will definitely recommend this five-​star agent to all of you.

We were so happy to have Trieu to help our family purchasing a home in San Jose area. Trieu was so reliable, honest, prompt and always giving us good advices which helped us to make our decision. Until now, we are still contacting Trieu for help and recommending him for our friends and cousins.
