Not a very big store but it gets the job done. Be prepared to weave though racks of cLothing and a Line of people standing at the register area during busy times. I Like how the shoe dispLays are aLways organized and cLean but the seLection can be extremeLy Lacking at times. They seem to be out of sizes on a reguaLar basis– Womp Womp Womp. I agree with other Unilocalers that the customer service here can be hit or miss. Something you waLk in and out of the store without hearing a singLe heLLo. I waLk aLong aimLessLy and wiLL have to fLag someone down to get heLp. On other days you are weLcomed by the compLete opposite. It’s a Love/Hate reLationship that i have with this store.

I went in to buy a gift and the cashier couldn’t print me a gift receipt«because he hates computers.» All he did was reprint my receipt with all the prices on it and told me I should have told him before he finished the transaction. When I told him it had the prices on it he said sorry about that. What a dick.

I love vans & I just went here to buy my little sister some new shoes and the employees were very helpful and welcoming. It’s a shame that they didn’t have her size in some of the shoes. We got here pretty early, so idk why they would be out her size so quickly, but oh well. It’s better to get there early because in my option the service dies down in the afternoon.

I was comparing prices with independent trucks and the some ugly ass rude guy who happened to work there fucking responded with attitude. He was like«you don’t know what you want» and I’m like bitch your hella ugly. He talked as if he knew shit about skating but he didn’t. Just another poser dude acting like he knew shit just because he watched one street league competition. I forgot his name but he rings people up with boards. If your buying a board, watch out for a guy who looks like drewsdays,(search him up). He has no idea what the fuck he’s talking about. Who the fuck argues with your own customers? You fucking idiot. Then when I walked out I think he whispered idiot to me. Say it to my face bitch, I get your ass unemployed you low life scumbag

I’ve been in twice in the last week and service both times out outstanding. Both times I was helped by young ladies who were very eager to help. Also both very personable. I’ll certainly be back for all my Vans needs!

Selection is ok. Service needs improvement. We’ve been in a couple of times, and it is always a little painful trying to get help and then keep the attention of the person. Last time the guy answered a question, then vanished… we never saw him again. The girl working in the shoe area wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. We left and bought shoes at another store.

This location has an amazing Pro shop selection! I walked in to purchase a new pair of stage 4’s and walked out with a anti-hero deck with free griptape and some spitfire wheels that were on sale for $ 15! Great customer service from the manager jeremy and very knowledgeable about the skate scene. Will come back for another board soon.

We saw Yo Gabba Gabba shoes for toddlers in the window display that looked really cool so we decided to enter the store. This store is not baby friendly! The aisles are so small. We had to wait for the people at the register to finish paying for their merchandise before we can go through with our strollers. The aisles are definitely only good for one person at a time. The shoes were all the way at the back of the store. Once we were back there, it was spacious enough for our two strollers. Our toddler had enough room to run around and test out the new shoes we wanted to buy for him. Fortunately we were the only ones there! They had a decent selection of toddler and infant shoes. They’re really cute! They even had Hello Kitty shoes! We ended up not buying the Yo Gabba Gabba shoes because they were hard to put on(darn slip on Vans) and there wasn’t enough padding. Our toddler loves to run! We bought Velcro ones instead and had plenty of padding! :) It was $ 24.97 plus tax. I am happy with it! The guy helping us did an OK job. The cashier was friendly. I would come back again.(I didn’t really get to check anything else out.)

I was looking for the kvd vans in castlerock, but the boys was a lil too big and the employees there were very helpful by helping me find out what size i am in kids. And they tried to look for the shoes online but they didn’t carry it in kids. I was very happy w the employees help and patience. Wish they had the kvd in castlerock in my size tho.
