Things started out great as he was able to come out to meet me to discuss my remodel project the same day and after work hours. Things got better as he shared his expertise when discussing the plans. I was expecting a call back with an estimate and waited a week before calling him. Was told he would get back to me, and that never happened. Wasted my time.

Bob has completed more than a thousand projects in the Bay Area. He does both commercial and residential design work. He has worked with several Bay Area contractors using his design skills to develop drawn solutions. Then once the design is finalized he creates the architecture drawings to match the city permit requirements. He gave us a list of over 40 places that we could drive to and see.
We selected Bob to help with our home remodel. We are adding a new garage, doing a garage conversion to living space, laundry room, removing fireplace, re-​designing the entry way, and planning a kitchen remodel. Bob has been very patient with us as we go thru the many ideas we have. As part of the project we need to move support beams to re-​frame the roof system. Bob is very familiar with how to re-​orient the support structure. Recently Bob worked with us to develop our final design and we went thru various drafts and ideas that he created.
Bob also helped us to understand the San Jose permit process and costs associated with our remodel. Bob handles all the permit work as part of his scope of work/​package.
Before hiring Bob we were provided 7 references both contractors and home owners that Bob has worked for. I called everyone and they all responded that Bob did an excellent job. I pushed to get any negative feedback and could not get any issues.
So far we are very happy with Bob’s work and I would highly recommend him to assist with your architecture challenges. I will update this review soon with more comments
