NEGATIVE A ZILLION STARS IF I COULD. DON’T BUY ANY VASTECH PRODUCTS AND DON’T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT DOESN’T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.
Read this true article (
) about how they offered rebates on their products and then just dumped all the rebate requests honest people mailed into the dumpster without even opening them. And I know this is true because I bought a Vastech item from Fry’s last Thanksgiving and NEVER GOT MY REBATE. My envelope is probably in those piles of unopened envelopes they trashed like the ones shown in the picture in the article.
Bottom line: Bullshit that it was only due to a «bad employee» as the article says. Teach them a lesson that you can’t treat customers this way and DO NOT BUY VASTECH PRODUCTS.
