I am extremely pleased with Dr. LEPORE, his staff, nurses, and anesthesiologist! They were all extremely helpful and kind throughout my surgery and recovery.

My mother has chosen Dr. Vincent D. Lepore for a surgery on her hand. She has received an excellent service. The doctor made her feel comfortable with the whole procedure and she was very well informed of all the possible side effects and everything that she had to do. She was not even nervous, which is impressive given that English is not her native language and she is usually quite nervous around doctors. (And she is not the easiest person to make happy either.) So my sincerest thank you for that!
Same as other reviewers she was impressed with the level of care and follow up by the staff. She was visited at home by Dona (i believe), was super happy with her reception and even told me about her amazing last interaction with Stacy.

Dr. Lepore is hands down the most sweetest and compassionate Doctor ever! When he walked in the room he was so warm, welcoming, and excited! He greeted me and my son with a huge smile and I even felt like I should hug him by how welcoming he was. I went in for a consult for revision surgery. Dr. Lepore was very honest, detailed, and informative. I went in feeling deformed and came out feeling full of hope and at ease. Dr. Lepore advised me to hold off surgery for now and wait to avoid any real complications and burning a hole in my pocket for no reason. Dr. Lepore was very patient and answered all my questions and did not leave the room until I was happy and well informed. He made me feel better about my issue with his honest opinion and advice. I will be back in a few months and honestly recommend to anyone considering getting a procedure done. His staff amazing. Michelle, front desk, called me back to schedule a same day appt. Another woman with long dark hair was so sweet and brought my son a snack while we waited along with cups of water with ice. There was a nurse or assistant who wrote my prescription who was super friendly and nothing but smiles and cracked a few jokes. I walked out happy and can’t wait to see Dr. Lepore and his staff when the time is right. I threw a grand away after scheduling a surgery date with another surgeon because it did not feel right and I’m very glad I did. Thank Dr. Lepore and staff!

I was referred to two plastic reconstruction doctors to work with my surgeon for my double mastectomy in June. I immediately chose Dr Le Pore after visiting him and his office. Genuine staff and genuine Doctor. He listened, gave advice, caring and didn’t try and talk me into bigger false looking boobs or looking like a 20 year old when I’m quite comfortable in my 40 plus skin. His staff are fantastic and so is he. He agreed to my heart shaped 3D nipple construction and they came out great. Having a double mastectomy is not an easy surgery, but made a lot easier by Dr Vincent Le Pore and his wonderful staff. 10 stars !

I purposely waited a few months to write my review for Dr. Lepore and the staff. I had a Breast lift with augmentation at the end of June. I did a lot of research before finding Dr. Lepore. I felt really good about his work, ratings, and his info online so I decided to book a free consultation. At first meeting, I was of course so nervous to be there since this would be my first cosmetic procedure and the first time anyone seeing my breasts. The Staff was super friendly and very professional. They brought me into the consultation room where I met Dr. Lepore after a few minutes. His warm welcome and kind heart impressed me right away! He is such a warm soul and you can really tell he cares about his patients and their well being. He asked me what my ideal look would be and told me he would do the very best he could to achieve my goals. After a few days to think about my decision, I decided to go through the surgery. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!! I feel amazing! I am so much happier with my body and my confidence has completely changed for the better! He gave me an anchor lift with low profile silicon implants for a more natural appearance (which is what I wanted). I am so happy I trusted my gut and had my surgery with Dr. Lepore. The staff is so great and I absolutely loved my nurse Debbie. She is such a sweetheart. If I ever decide to do any more cosmetic surgeries. This is where you’ll find me. Thank you Dr. Lepore and staff! You have changed my life!

Thank you to Dr. Lepore and his Amazing staff for the wonderful and supportive experience that I have had after my Tummy Tuck Surgery. I had a consultation with another Surgeon down the street prior to meeting Dr. Lepore. I just wasn’t feeling 100% sure with him plus the price he quoted me for just a Tummy Tuck was outrageous. After meeting with Dr. Lepore and talking to him I knew he was the right one. From the very first contact with his office it was so easy. Jane answered my emails straight away and she made the whole process so easy. Jane is Amazing. She gave me all the right information to help me to prepare for the day of surgery and all the post-​Op care was the best. I appreciate all the time Jane took to talk to me and give me everything possible to help ease my nerves about my Surgery Experience.
After having birthed 3 9lbs babies in the last 10 years my tummy was not looking great. I wanted to have a nice flat stomach again that I once had prior to having my children. I am a very active and fit 42 year old Mom. No diet and exercise regimen was ever going to get that excess stretched out skin to go away. So I decided I was going to get this surgery and I finally feel happy with my body.
The day of surgey went great. I was there bright and early in the morning and I was not in any pain after my procedure. I had a full tummy tuck with Muscle repair and Liposuction to the Flanks. What I really liked about Dr. Lepore’s office is that his surgery center is right there in the same Location. I remember waking up from my Surgery in no pain and then my husband brought me hope for recovery. I don’t remember much about coming home but Jane called my husband when I was ready for pick-​up and she explained all my Post-​Op care to him.
I think the scariest thing about this surgery is that you think you will be in excruciating pain. I was never in pain and the next day I was able to get up walk around and use the bathroom by myself. I had my surgery on Friday and On Monday I was able to drive my 3 year old to preschool. I only took the pain Meds for about 4 or 5 days and then switch to Extra Strength Tylenol. I had minimal swelling after the surgery and no complications. My scar has healed great and I am so grateful that Dr. Lepore’s office offer the Option to use the «Embrace» silicone scare therapy strips. I have completed 8 weeks of scar therapy and my incision line has healed nicely. I came in every 2 weeks for 8 weeks to have them reapplied by «Jennifer». She is an expert and applying the strips and my Strips have lasted 14 days even with working out.
I am writing this review to help anyone else considering a Surgery. I am so grateful to to Dr. Lepore for making this experience so positive. It has changed my life. I am so happy with my results and I would do it all over again.

It has been a little over three and a half months since my surgery and I have been very happy with Dr. Lepore and his staff from A to Z!
Consultation: I called the office to setup a consultation with Dr. Lepore to meet him and get quotes for the type of surgery I wanted. I found him through several friends that had gotten AMAZING breast jobs from him and I capitalized «amazing» because half of my friends have their breast done and the ones that got theirs done by Dr. Lepore were hands down the best! Now I didn’t get my breast done and had a different surgery (you can private message if you want to know specifically). Dr. Lepore was my second consultation, I was nervous because the previous two I didn’t feel the assurance I wanted and didn’t find that connection with the other doctors. It was easy to setup my free consultation with Dr. Lepore and I connected with him right away! He took a look at my body, told me what he would do and the process of everything and answered all my questions. He genuinely cares about all his patients and is very honest. After meeting with Dr. Lepore, I then met with Donna who went over my quotes and other details. She as well was just great and welcoming! After I left my consultation, I immediately cried of relief and happiness that I found my doctor! True story! It was like finding the right wedding dress that makes you cry!
Week before Surgery: A year and a half later, I setup my appointment for surgery. It took a while from consultation till surgery because I wanted to pay cash for my surgery and not take a loan and I wanted to give myself time to really think if I wanted this surgery or not. I met up with Dr. Lepore and Donna again a week before surgery. They were so informative and set me up big time on preparing for this surgery. I LOVED it because I’m that type of person that wants to be prepared for anything and wants to be all setup as much as I can before surgery. I got my prescriptions that were very easy because Donna sent them straight to the pharmacy! She gave me a list of do’s and dont’s and instructions for day of surgery.
Day of Surgery: Came in bright and early and all excited and ready for surgery! Yes excited! That’s how much I trusted Dr. Lepore, I wasn’t nervous at all! The nurses came and met me and put me to sleep and surgery went amazing! So amazing that I don’t even remember leaving! A great thing about surgery is that the surgery room is located in the same building as the hospital and if any emergency was needed, we would be right there!
Recovery: Dr. Lepore hooked me up with the right drugs! I was in recovery for two weeks and it was not painful at all! I came back a week after surgery for Dr. Lepore to check me out and answer any questions I had. I then came back three months later to see Dr. Lepore for another checkup and that too went great. For two and a half months after surgery, I was going into the office every couple of weeks for Embrace scar therapy with Jen who works at the office as well. Jen was so comforting and just so great with my treatments! I looked forward to all my visits with her just so we can catch up while she does my Embrace treatments.
Will I go to Dr. Lepore again if I wanted to get any thing else done? Hell yeah!

In April 2015 I selected Dr Lepore for an abdominoplasty procedure. Before selecting him, I reviewed two other well established and experienced Doctors and their teams. A MAJOR reason I decided to go with Doctor Lepore was the incredible follow-​up by his team, especially Jane! They were genuinely interested in my business and were readily available to answer my questions or see me in the office as needed.
My particular situation was particularly challenging schedule wise because I VERY much want to do the surgery in a limited time window between trips. Doctor Lepore and his staff were very accommodating and were able to fit me in so that i was totally healed and recovered before the second trip. KUDOS!
And let’s be real here… ANY surgery is something you don’t take lightly. You ask detailed questions and of course you have really significant concerns and maybe some worries. The Doctor and his staff were positive and supportive and eager to answer any questions truthfully and realistically. no candy coating. I felt very comfortable and as at ease as you can be when doing this sort of thing.
The operating room staff was phenomenal. I felt totally comfortable as I fell asleep and woke up pleasantly. Thanks Debbie!!! You Rock!
Post surgery follow-​up was excellent. It’s been three months and I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and I genuinely feel better and function better since having it done. I would absolutely recommend Doctor Lepore for any cosmetic surgery.

I would like to thank Dr lepore for doing an Amazing job on my second surgery with him, this go round I did 455 CC breast augmentation. I’m Very happy with my results! As in always that’s why I will continue to go to him& continue to refer people to him. Kudos to Jane as she guided me through my entire process before& after and a special thanks to Jennifer for my bra (lol) my original bra broke during surgery. I wanna Thank Dr. Lepore for doing an Amazing job on my 380 CC breast augmentation! I had them done on March 27, 2015 & I’m Very HAPPY with My results! I feel more confident in clothing & I feel I look better in tops now! I was very fortunate that I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY PAIN AFTER SURGERY! I only felt weird when I first woke up but the nurse was excellent in giving me a Med schedule which I followed & that might be the reason I didn’t have any discomfort! I’m pleased that the small incision is through my arm pit because it is well hidden & healed within a week! Donna Serrano is a great consultant! Make sure you ask for her! She is very friendly & will take her time to answer all of your questions! Btw many women are complimenting & messaging me about how good my boobs look that they have made consultations with Dr. Lepore! Hope this helps you ladies who are considering a good breast augmentation!

I had breast reconstruction done with Dr. Lepore last year. He was very pleasant and his staff is very nice. They even fought with my insurance to have them cover a previously botched lumpectomy. My healing went well. Because of my previous surgery and the scar tissue in my breast it started to create a capsule around my implant so I will getting different implants next month that should work best for my needs. Definitely recommend him and his staff.

I just had breast augmentation with Dr, Lepore about 7 weeks ago and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. He is such a knowledgeable doctor and very nice person. His staff members were very kind as well. Totally recommend him.

I intentionally waited 6 months after having my surgery to write this review to provide the most accurate review possible. I got a breast augmentation done at the end of May and I am so incredibly happy with my results! Dr. Lepore has an incredibly supportive and friendly staff. I have to give kudos to Jane as she guided me through my entire process from consultation to my post surgery check up. Dr. Lepore was amazing! He was attentive, listened to my needs and provided me with well thought out suggestions and gave me the reasonings behind his suggestions, which is huge when your dealing with something as serious as surgery! The surgery went well and I was home resting 3 hours later. My recovery was as easy as you can expect. I had a scare a few months later when I noticed puss excreting from one of my scars. I called the office and they had me in the office same day! Dr. Lepore took a look and explained that it may be my body rejecting the stitches and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic to help clear it up. He strongly suggested I come back again if I have any more issues. I didn’t and 6 months later, my breasts are the size I wanted, they look natural, I have minimal scarring, and I am back to my regular routine of working out at 100%. I was so pleased with my results that I referred my mother who has had Botox done twice and now planning to have a face lift. She too is extremely happy with the friendly and supportive staff at Dr. lepore’s office. I highly recommend him for any plastic surgery you need!

So many women have told me they scheduled breast reduction surgery only to cancel because of fear. I was fearful also going into Dr. Lepore’s office for the first consultation. But everything about the office and staff and Dr Lepore gave me confidence that I was doing the right thing and they would help me through every step. From Jennifer in the front office who always had a smile, to Jane, the consultant, who helped me through paper work, insurance and lots of questions, to Dr. Lepore who is kind, gentle, answers questions — and is an amazing surgeon– I had a very positive experience. I wouldn’t have had breast reduction surgery if I hadn’t been so uncomfortable. I am so thankful that Dr. Lepore and his great staff were there for me when I needed their help.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lepore and his staff. My experience there was beyond wonderful from the first moment I walked in the door for a consultation to my last post-​op follow-​up appointment. This was my very first surgery so I was really nervous to go through with it. Dr. Lepore and everyone who works there makes you feel like you are their only patient, which put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable. He performed breast augmentation surgery using the silicone «gummy» implants, under the muscle. I shopped around quite a bit in this area and he was by far my number 1 choice. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this for a long time, but he’s up to date with the latest techniques and products. I worked with Jane to go over scheduling the surgery, payment, and she helped me with any questions that I had prior to the surgery and after. She is so sweet and always remembers who I am when I go in. She really cares about the patients and wants to make sure you’re happy with the results. Before and after the surgery, if I had any questions or concerns that I needed to talk to Dr. Lepore about but didn’t necessarily need an appointment for, he keeps an open communication via email. He would always get back to me the same day, sometimes within the hour. In his emails, he would always tell me to go ahead and schedule an appointment if I’d feel better if he took a look at it himself. My goal was to make sure they looked natural, and that’s exactly what I got. He recommended a range of sizes that would fit my frame, and he was dead on correct. I just went to my last scheduled appointment, but he let me know if I want to come in again in 3, 6, 12 months, etc, to feel free to do so if I want to check in with him. He’s not the least expensive, but I wouldn’t recommend finding a plastic surgeon based on price. His prices are competitive, and you can’t beat the quality. I am so happy with the results and the experience there. I did the research already… choose Dr. Lepore!

Dr Lepore is a SUPER nice guy who is always smiling. The staff are friendly. The desk people are very fast and efficient. The entire procedure of cyst removal was quick and nearly painless. Highly recommend buying the scar prevention cream even though its a bit pricey. Amazon doesn’t have it for any cheaper. It works very well.

All I’m gonna say is I wish I had shopped around more before choosing him. Just wasn’t all that happy with my work. He told me there would be scarring (I had my breast done by him), and I that he could always «fix that with a second surgery» I’m like– «why do I need a second surgery, for something you could prevent DURING the procedure!!?» made no sense!
