I can not say enough about Dr. Hancock. For many many years I didn’t want to go to a dentist for one very good reason and that was the pain I would get. Mainly when given a Novocain shot. In the past when given a shot I would, with all my might, grab on to the arm rests and grit my teeth. The first time I saw Doctor Hancock, he ended up giving me four shots. With «NO» pain. I was shocked, amazed and over joyed to find a Dentist that could work on my teeth and end up with no pain.
The staff is out standing and very friendly and helpful. They talk to you as a person.
Doctor Hancock is very friendly and very easy to get to and talk to.
If you want a pain free Dentist experience… Doctor Hancock is the Dentist to go to. I wished I had known him many years before.

Even though the place looks a bit dated, even the doctor, I couldnt be happier with the service I received. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child… Here dr. Hancock didn’t try to sell me teeth whitening or tell me I needed to have other work done than my primary goal (which was having my front teeth caped). He simply listened to me and did what I asked. The front receptionist preauthorized my insurance and never asked for payment upfront. Only when the work was complete. My teeth look beautiful and I never miss a dental appt anymore. Thanks Doctor!!!
