Loved this place! I came here because it was open late which I love :) and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was attended by Michelle and Tiffany and they were both sooooo nice and did a wonderful job. They offered me something to drink which was so kind AND they have freshly cut lemons in the water you soak your feet and hands in. Awesome service for a good price :) I never do reviews but this place truly deserves one!

This is probably the worst spa that I have ever seen and experienced. It took over an hour for the woman to do my nails, during which she did not pay attention to my cuticles, forgot to turn on the heat lamp to help the gel polish to dry. The only good things that I was able to notice was the soothing music that was played in the background which made me want to snooze, the OCD of the woman doing my nails so that it looked okay for the amount of time that she spent on it, and the fact that they offered me a beverage as I left.

Upon walking in my bf and I were greeted and seated right away, we were offered refreshments and magazines as well. The women got to work right away and didn’t speak to each other in another language the entire time like other places. So all was good and dandy except for the actual nails… I paid $ 35 for a mani and pedi + $ 15 gel fee + $ 3 french tip fee so all in all I paid $ 53 for gel french tips that have started chipping after 2 days. Not only that but they were probably the most crooked and uneven french tips I’ve had. I really wanted to like this place because their customer service was pretty good but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I get my monthly pedicures here since they opened in December of last year. It is nice to have a local nail salon that is clean, tidy and new here in Willow Glen, Tiffany is awesome and has my feet feeling new. Michelle, the Owner, did a great job on the build-out, all the FF&E(furniture/fixtures & equipment) is all brand spanking new.

I’ve walked by Willow Glen Spa a few times and seen no one inside, so I was a bit skeptical about trying this new spa. I figured that since it was relatively new, I would bite the bullet and try it out. The main thing I look for in nail salons are cleanliness and politeness from employees. Willow Glen Spa has both. I walked in and was greeted by a woman named Tiffany. She offered me a cold beverage and instantly started helping me pick out colors and choose my services. I ended up getting a Pedicure, Shellac Manicure, Eye Brow wax, and Lip wax. The prices are broken down below: Mani-Pedi $ 35 Shellac Fee $ 15 Eye Brow Wax $ 12 Lip Wax $ 12 I feel those are pretty normal prices except the Lip wax. $ 12 for a Lip wax is OUTRAGEOUS to me. I am used to paying $ 5 or $ 7 tops. But the lady did a good job so I wasn’t upset. Both employees, Michelle and Tiffany, were very nice and did a great job. The one thing I hate about most nail salons is when the employees talk about you in a different language. I know they would deny it but we all know when they are talking about us. At Willow Glen Spa, both Tiffany and Michelle made me feel very comfortable and I never got the feeling like they were talking about me. Haha. Willow Glen Spa was very clean, and I like that they use professionally sanitized tools. I will definitely be coming back to this place, however I will probably wax my lip myself since the price is so high.
