So I made some calls and confirmed that they are on hiatus… Or is it, out of business? Either way the right thing to do is update your website with that info, and NOT continue to take orders. At least my card was not charged… yet.

This company is a joke! The customer service is a joke! If there was a way to give negative stars on Unilocal,I’d do it. I ordered a dozen hot sauces as holiday stocking stuffers December 15, 2012.. .it’s September 27, 2013 and I AMSTILL waiting. I have sent countless emails, have called repeatedly(voicemail is full), and have spoken to the«owner» by the name of Will, three separate times and he said they were making the sauces, and he’d send them out right away. Never got them so I called back a month later, and he said they were«labeling the bottles as we speak» and he’d send them out right away.. .Nope. Spoke to him a third time, and he «took down my information again» and said they would be going out first thing tomorrow.. .that was close to a month ago. Their voicemail states the wrong email address being ; however, their website has them set up at .

I absolutely love their garlic cheese sprinkle. I placed an order for a few bottles. Nearly two months later and I still hadn’t received a shipment. Despite all my emails, I NEVER received any return contact. When I placed the order, I also was immediately charged. I have since forgotten if I paid for it via CC or PayPal. Either way, I just intended to have my money refunded via cc/PayPal with the very proper reasoning they never shipped my order. Two months and a few days later, I received an email from them with a delivery confirmation number. No apologies, no acknowledgements of my prior emails, nothing. They packed the bottles in a box that was too small and it had opened during delivery. Two of the bottles were smashed — but to my delight, not smashed opened. While the bottles were disfigured, I still had the sprinkles. Very strange way to run a company. I give the sprinkles 5 stars. However, due to the fact that the only way I now have to attain the sprinkles is through their website, it is a well deserved one star. Very sad.

This company is a SCAM. I Ordered products from their website, they charged my credit card immediately, but i NEVER received what I PAID for! Ridiculous! I ordered back in January 2013… have called and emailed so many times. Only twice has anyone answered the phone, and both times they promised to send me what I ordered immediately… still no products! That is called STEALING!

Out of Business? I placed an order online and received an email confirmation. But never received the product. I have tried emailing the company and also calling them. Their voicemail system is full and there are no responses to my emails.

I placed an online order on 10/23/2012, for which my money was promptly debited from my account. It is now 11/28/2012 and I have yet to receive my shipment and their phone numbers are disconnected AND there are two email addresses to which I have received no response. NOTGOODCUSTOMERSERVICE.

Love the garlic products and the retail venue. Customer service however is just plan slow. It’s been over a month now and I have yet to receive the order I placed. Order confirmation is dated April 26, 2012. As of this writing, it’s been over a month and I am still waiting. This is no way to run a business. The on-sight restaurant is convenient, farm friendly and gives good service. The food however, is a big disappointment.
