All Service Screen & Glass

, installed our frameless shower in the fall of 2011. It looked beautiful. The
door and the stationary panel are very tall and very heavy and as a result over the past 4 years the stationary panel became loose and the door loosened itself from its hinges and did not swing properly.
I called James the owner. He came to see the problem and assess the situation. He then returned and fixed both problems at no charge.
Once again the shower looks beautiful and functions properly.

I called this company (who had done work for me before) on a Thursday and they said they would call back to set a time. The following Monday I called them again (having not heard from them as they promised) and was told that they could come over within 35 minutes. That was the last I heard from them, and now it is the next Thursday and no call and no visit. Time to move on to someone else. I would not recommend a company that treats customers like this. Too many other options.

Here in San Clemente, at the Hotel San Clemente Apartments, we had two skylights that were leaking on our historic building. Putting these skylights in was not an easy task, especially while dealing with a building that was built in 1927. They put in the glass and it looked great! Shortly after, we found there were still a few leaking spots but the owner had his crew come out right away and it was fixed. 2 years later, we were having a huge storm and I noticed leakage coming from that area. I called All Service Screen & Glass, and the owner came right out to check things out. It turns out, the glass was actually holding up just fine and he found the leak in the roof for me while it was pouring rain out. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their customer service shows it. We all know not every job goes perfectly each time, but they took the time to fix it right away. As a property manager for 10 years, I can say this is the best glass company I have worked with. Thanks again!
