Absolutely the best interlocking paver company around! They have done all sorts of large scale projects, like shopping centers and amusement areas. Their company does jobs as a subcontractor for several other companies such as Home Depot; if you go somewhere else you may end up with Bestone at a higher price anyway! They’re located right next to the factory that makes the pavers, there are several in ground displays. Pavers are the way to go in California, We paid a bunch of money to have our backyard done in colored concrete only to have it crack in many places, it’s awful feeling to feel like you wasted a bunch of money. On a previous project we went with paving services from Home Depot. They came out great, except for a few mistakes on a day when I wasn’t home to monitor the work. For the next project(when it came time to bite the bullet and fix the cracked concrete and our design mistakes in the backyard) we remembered that we had seen Bestone’s sign when originally looking at the sample pavers on the driveway job. We did a much bigger area in the backyard(patio/pool deck) than we did on the driveway for about the same price! Each job has a project manager who worked with us on design, he set up appointments to go see other completed jobs that were similar to ours. They have all of there own crews, no subcontractors, even for the haul away of debris. The crew had a foreman — you know who’s in charge at the site, and the project manager came by or communicated with him daily. Everyone was very professional. They had a port-a-potti delivered to the front of our house for the crew’s use which we appreciated. During the demo of a part of the back patio they discovered another whole slab(the original patio slab from the 60’s) a few inches under one that they had just removed. The crew went right to work removing it — without question and without any change to the price. I would have completely understood if there was an extra charge because there was no way they could have known it was there. I asked them for a few weeks between the demo and the installation so I could have some gas lines installed and other work done while it was opened up — no problem! During the install the foreman constantly went over what was being done and making sure I was happy. I wanted an extra drain, no problem, no extra charge. They suggested other places that I may want to add drains, again I took there suggestions, no extra charge! The crew even reset and compacted a small area that was left loose by Home Depot. Port-a-potti stayed at the house during the 2 weeks between the demo and the install, which was great since I had a lot of other workers around for those weeks. Have had the pavers installed for a year now and they are perfect, plus we paid exactly what the original contract stated. I highly recommend this company, and going with pavers. When we were in Italy we noticed the area around the Colosseum in Rome is all pavers, anything lasting that long is certainly proven! The only certainty with concrete is that it will crack!
