every thing I buy here breaks so easily!!! I’ve gone through 5 bowl pieces and every time instead of offering to return my item I’m told I have to buy another one. NEVER AGAIN! Also their expensive, so thumbs down.

Terrible service I walked in and the guy immediately got up and followed me around as if I was going to steal something and when I asked a question he would just speak another language to his coworker and answer yes or no and then kept following me

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This is the worst shop ever every time I’ve gone in they act as if your bothering them every time you ask them a question, which they of course don’t know the answer to anything if they even speak English! They also like to accuse you of stealing! So I bought a overpriced bong off them. They don’t bother to wrap it in paper or bubblewrap so of course it one of the percolators break on the inside before I even get it home to use it. When I go back to exchange it they tell me it was my fault and barley offered a discount or apology. The one I got after I had to beg them to wrap it so it wouldn’t break only to have it shatter once I got it a little hot! Every thing I buy from them breaks! And they don’t offer to help! And horrible customer service and prices!

My boyfriend is a big time lover of maduro mini cigarillos and it’s really hard to find reasonable prices and varieties that sell well made cigars. We take a visit to UCI every other week and stop by smoke shops for our pleasures. This smoke shop is BY FAR our favorite spot. Great prices, so many varieties! My boyfriend fell in love with the Trinidad Mini (maduro) cigarillos that we cannot seem to find anywhere else but here.
If you’re looking for variety, good price, and rare products. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

I am very upset at these people. I have been shopping here for years, spent hundreds of dollars. Never returned anything. I bought a bag of tobacco and ended up not needing it. I took it back and tried to return it and they would not take it back. Said tobacco was not returnable ever. Knowing me for as long as they have and all the money I have spent there I would have expected my money back. It was only $ 40.00.
I am still in shock and will never go back there again.

Capistrano Smoke Shop is a real gem.
They have hundreds of pipes and smoking accessories.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Love the cigar room, which offers a huge variety, all kept at 70 degrees humidity.
San Juan needed a nice cigar store, and now we have the best.

This shop has a huge selection of e-​cigs, tobacco and anything you could ask for in a smoke shop. The display cases go on forever. I spent two hours looking at items as a gift for my sister the selection was so large.
Excellent customer service as well. They are always attentive and available for questions. Most importantly, you cannot beat their prices, and I’ve gotten free items as gratitude for my business which is nice.
