My laptop suddenly froze and could not function. Jay did a thorough diagnostic and repair. He was able to unfreeze the computer and save all of my documents. His customer service was excellent, timely and efficient. His price was reasonable. I have three retired desk tops that I want to save photos and scrub personal data. I will definitely trust him to do the work after the new year.
