Lemur music is an excellent resource for upright bassists. I purchased an upright from them, and am completely thrilled with it. I got fantastic service, and solid advice on setup, strings and care for my bass. The playability and tone is exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to working with Lemur in the future.

I took my vintage German flat back in October of 2012. They charged $ 1800 for repairs and replacement parts. 3 months later cracks appeared on the lower bout. They offered to repair their work. it is now May 13 2013 and they still haven’t finished the job. I’m out my bass and my money. This is the worst service I’ve received on any product.

I’ve been here three times to have work done on two different Uprights and they are the best! Way better than the place in Long Beach! They do the greatest set ups and bass bar work! So worth the drive if you’re from the OC like me. If you play upright you gotta check out Lemur!
