OC Hot Spring Spas

I usually forget to make a point of leaving a GREAT Unilocal review but I have to say that buying our hot tub from these guys was awesome! The only person pushing to buy one, was myself, never the owner, my husband wasn’t sure but we pick our colors and bought a great hot tub. From paper work to delivery I had a great experience, everything was explained during the set up process and even going back to the store to ask a question was a very nice experience, I never felt as though, they made the sale and then they were done with us. Bravo to the entire operation!

Very positive transaction. We brought a new Grande from Greg and were very pleasantly surprised with the experience. Buying a Spa can be a little bit like buying a used car, coming from the world of sales and being an Engineer by profession the used car approach doesn’t work for me. Greg asked the right questions, was patient and factual in his answers. I feel very confident that we made the right choice and got a good price. The install and follow up was excellent. I highly recommend OC Hot Spa Springs.

My husband has been trying to convince me to buy a spa for 10 years. We even incorporated it into our backyard design. We been to several dealers. He finally took me to OC Hotsprings where I met Greg. Greg was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. From that visit my husband convince me it’s time to get one. «While we’re young enough to enjoy it» he said. Greg set us up with a good electrician, Victor. Rocky came the next day to do a site inspection. Scott along with Rocky delivered the spa with no problem. Scott explained the chemicals. Overall, we had a great experience buying our first spa. Definitely oc hotsprings spa is a great place to buy your next spa.

horrible experience! the owner, Scott, is more than difficult! be very careful! …I hope you only ever deal with the employees, they seem to be genuine! (but Scott can turn the tables at any moment and leave with severe problems!)

We shopped three vendors for our new hot tub. We have had three before, two in ground (at different homes) and one above ground. But we needed to be educated and Greg at Hot Spring Spas was patient and did a good job asking the right questions. We settled on the Vanguard which seats six adults. The crew that installed it was very professional and efficient. Rocky was early, guided things along with the crane operator and Nate was very patient in explaining the chemicals, the controls and answering all of our questions. I’m not sure if I necessarily negotiated the best achievable price, but I think the price was fair, the quality of the spa is very high and we have already started to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend.

We just moved into a house that included a spa purchased from oc spas 5yrs ago. We stopped by today to get the scoop on how to take care of spa & they had 7 – 8 floor models, including ours so were able to show us how to clean/​change filters, where to add chemicals, etc. we walked out 30min later understanding all we need to know! We got all the supplies & an easy checklist to follow for a spa newbie!

My family and I bought our Hot Spring Springs Spa in August of 2003. Prior to the purchase, we visited Hot Spring Spas of OC about 6 times. We told brothers Scott and Greg that we were researching various spa companies to make sure we were getting the right one for us. Every time we came in, we were greeted warmly by them and there staff. The one thing that we always commented on when we left was how comfortable we felt by the staff. We never felt like they were pressuring us. (Not something we could say about other spa companies we visited.) When we finally went in to purchase our «Grande» model, Greg even made it a point to tell us that since we were only a family of 3, we might want to consider a smaller model and save some money. WOW! I felt like they were really watching out for our best interest. No hard sell at all! We told them that the bigger model was what we wanted so our daughter could invite many friends over to enjoy. Rocky and his crew installed our spa without a hitch. He gave us maintenance instructions in an easy to follow manner. For the last 11 years we’ve had countless hours of fun and relaxation in our spa. It was such a great investment and I am truly happy that I bought our spa from them. The spa requires very little maintenance. Just follow there maintenance suggestions and you’ll have a spa that will last for years to come!

Excellent service! We went down to the store a couple of weeks ago to pick out a new spa after having an informative phone conversation with Dan. We picked out the model we liked and were on our way. We just had our new spa delivered and it was a painless experience!
We had an old spa, which was too big to get out of our gate. We cut it apart and the guys from OC Hot Springs Spas took it away and even swept up the mess that was left under the pile of rubble.
They brought in the new spa, filled it, explained what to do and left with a smile. I would highly recommend buying a spa here!

Would highly recommend!
They were referred to us when we started having issues with the heater in the jacuzzi. Original call was pleasant, onsite service call was professional and they didnt try to upsell me on stuff that wasnt necessary. They fixed the issue with no additional cost other that the service call. One follow up call was required 2 weeks later and again very professional, knew exactly how to solve the problem and even suggested i pick up the repair part from a local hardware store rather than having me drive all the way down to their location in SJ.
I would never use anyone else… they’re great!
