Call for service on heater that was flaky, they showed up did a complete inspection and service, found the problem and fixed it. Very clear explanation and estimate, cleaned up and fair. Will call again when I need work or for replacement furnace.

Our AC went out on Sunday, outside temp was 103f. I called Phoenix on Monday & they sent Mike that same afternoon. The office girl called me 15 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Mike was great! He explained exactly what was wrong (a fan capacitor had blown, so the AC gas overheated & tripped the safety reset) & replaced the faulty part. we have an older unit but Mike didn’t try to sell me a new AC package, he was honest, communicative & very efficient. Highly recommend this company.

I have been using Phoenix as my air conditioning repair company in Orange County for 15 years now. They always pick up the phone and send out one of the many smart techs the have on staff. They know how to maintenance my super old ac units and keep them running which saves me money on changing them out. They have changed out my air conditioning and healing unit for my rental and the price was great It was installed fast. I highly recommend them for all you needs.

I am so glad that we went with Phoenix Air. We weren’t sure what size air conditioner to put into our house. Mike, the owner suggested a unit that was smaller than what the other companies had recommended. He also recommended putting in a separate thermostat for the upstairs master bedroom. We were hesitant and asked a million questions. Mike and his team patiently answered all of our questions. We went with all of Mike’s suggestions. It turns out that he was right on all counts. Installation was great. The installers were polite and left the area clean. The air conditioner works perfectly for the house. We highly recommend Mike and his team!!!

Phoenix was one of three bidders I contacted to replace my AC/​heating system. They don’t advertise and get business by word of mouth. They came out and looked at my house and my current system and within a day had a thorough itemized and printed proposal prepared. There was also no pressure unlike some who pressure you that their special price is only for the next 48 hours or 1 week or whateverllThe first bidder was way out of line cost wise and was from a different area code. The second bidder while competitive, gave me their proposal on a hand written note and it was done on the spot. They work out of the local Home Depot. The difference for me was while price was fairly competitive, Phoenix took the time to prepare a good proposal. While their installers went to work, they found anomalies in the duct work and had to do some extra sheet metal work. They just went ahead and did the work without extra charge. I was very pleased with their service and thoughtfulness. They mostly sell American Standard which is highly rated but they will provide you with other brands if requested.
