Every time I come here there are never enough employees to handle all of the customers. This is the third day in a row I have been here for a computer problem. The easy tech people seem knowledgable but it takes a half hour to find one They need more employees

Waited 45 minutes to pick up a 2 page fax! This Staples location is unorganized, understaffed, and has terrible customer service. Go to another location or business!!! While waiting in line there were 3 people ahead of me whose orders weren’t done, were incorrect, or were over a week late.

I have consistently experienced exemplary service and quality work from the copy center. I have worked with Ciara several times and she always exceeds my expectations. She even remembered the requirements of a job she completed for me a year ago! I am amazed at her attention to detail. Jobs that typically require 3 days have been done in a single day! Most importantly, they are done right. I never have a concern about how the job will turn out or if it will be done on time. Recently, I worked with Gretchen, as well. She also did a great job. I will continue to rely on their great work for my business needs. Thank you!

Wow how ghetto is this staples. I asked for help faxing something and the lady in the customer service area said I could come back later she has too much work to do this morning and then proceeded to holler across the counter it again. I went to the manager and asked him if he could help me scan/fax an item and he said that this Staples had no capability of doing such.

SIDDONSCHAIR: MODEL # 449525 — Bad Unsafe Chair LOOK at the plastic where the wheels go in the base 5 slots — they saved 30 cents worth of plastic and made it a Honey Comb type wheel holder. The wheels snap off by breaking through the spoked holder. UNSAFE Design. TO make matters worse my 25 year relationship with Staples is now over as they suggested I should have purchased insurance and it was not their problem. Manager gave me the number for what he said was«Furniture Customer Service» 866−826−6622 Sorry boss, they don’t do customer service, and in fact said they were not really STAPLES but a separate entity and they were not responsible. SO to all of Staples Management — let me say this, you did a great job of passing the buck and you saved the store Maybe $ 70 though I am sure the MFG would have taken the shoddy product back. AND you have lost a customer that has purchasing influence in the area of $ 3KTO $ 4K –Per year, happens to be in the Social Media Business and hates to be treated like a chump. Bottom line –you sold me a piece of ju — k that you should of stood behind and you did not, have you heard of the internet? Perhaps even CLASSACTION? PS., I put this review on the Staples Site — do you think they left it up?

Usually love the staff — today the computer repair center was absolutely not interested in customer service — disappointing. There seems to be a downhill slide because the last several times products I was looking for were only available via the website. What happened to having stock?

The copy and print center is horrible. They always seem stressed and like they want everyone to leave. When I was patiently waiting in line, they told me I should just use the computer station so they wouldn’t have to help me. Service is always slow because they don’t know what they are doing. The customer in front of me had to show them how to open his file. After I waited 15 min for them to figure out how to open his file, it was finally my turn. I asked them to print an image to a specific size and they didn’t know how to get the size right, so I gave up and went somewhere else.

Friendly staff, I am always running errands here. They are helpful in the print dept. Has everything all the other Staples stores have to offer but they people here say hi more often and really do help when they offer it or you ask. It not too crowded during the day usually either so it makes the lines super quick.
