If you have anything stored at this facility, better go check and see if it’s still there. We just discovered our unit had been accessed somehow and all items of value are gone. Whoever did it replaced our lock with a similar lock, so we didn’t suspect anything until we discovered our key didn’t work in the lock. We had a staff member cut the lock off, and to our great shock and dismay, almost everything was GONE. Thieves must’ve had plenty of time, as they seem to have picked and chosen what they wanted. But they left very little behind. Hindsight is 20 – 20, but I’d say pick a storage facility that has really good security before you entrust your stuff to it. And yes, we did file a police report.

After this incident, that district manager of the company called and apologized for the store manager’s misconduct. She discounted my next month’s rent by 50%. That is what you call good client service, something the store manager would be smart to learn about.
I’ve since left this storage company. While I appreciated what the district manager did, I did not feel that I could continue giving this location my business.
