I have been going to this salon for many years to Wil, the owner, who always does a fabulous job with my hair. As you can imagine, his schedule is quiet busy so I have also had the pleasure of working with his stylist, Kayli. I initially met her when she was his assistant and immediately liked her engaging and bubbly personality. She is a quick study and definitely understands the art of creating great hair. I feel completely comfortable with her abilities and turn to her when Wil isn’t available. Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!

My sister, mom and I have had the pleasure of having Will cut and color our hair for many years. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere is filled with this awesome happy, positive vibe and professional amounts of smiles and laugher by clients and stylist alike. Will and his team of talented and educated stylist make each visit a pleasant one. Now I’m even happier to go to W Salon Studio because my new talented stylist also happens to be my beloved daughter who is learning from the best of the best. I highly recommend W Salon Studio!!!

I LOVE this salon. A couple weeks ago I got my hair done by a fabulous lady named Vicky. I haven’t had my hair done in, honestly I’ll admit, a few years. I let her know that the main thing I was concerned with was my hair looking and feeling healthy. I’ve got a mane of thick hair that most people end up complaining about and end up wanting to charge me more. But not Vicky! Not only is she an expert at what she does, but she is the sweetest and cutest girl ever! If you’re looking for someone who will make you look damn sexy and talk to you like you’ve been best friends for years. Vicky is the girl! I’ve never had a more pleasant and ultimately satisfying experience at a salon and I absolutely love the cut. My hair is lighter, healthier, and fabulous. Not only does this salon have amazing Vicky there… But the salon is so cute and the atmosphere is awesome. Everyone NEEDS to try this place out. They even have a groupon!

After getting the worst haircut in my life I bought a groupon for this place and had a very pleasant experience getting the haircut I actually wanted. The place is clean and nice. Its a bit hidden and i found parking only on the street but there are signs so its not that hard to find.

I’ve been coming to W and seeing Claire since 2011, and it’s always a delightful experience. The space is beautiful and relaxing, I love sipping a fresh cup of tea or a Diet Coke while my color sets, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, and of course Claire is a miracle worker. I drive over an hour to get to her because I won’t trust anyone else with my super-​long, super-​thick hair! She always gives me her honest feedback about what I need and whether my wacky new idea is actually a great idea, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I can’t imagine a better salon, and luckily I don’t have to!

I used a groupon and had Vicky as my stylist. It is a beautifully decorated salon and everyone in there from staff to client just looked so happy and relaxed.
I have always had super long hair and have been trying to find a happy medium but ALWAYS had bad hair cuts. I put off trying another new place for a long time and when I came in it was raggedy and very dry. Vicky worked wonders.
Vicky is a fantastic listener when it comes to hearing and fully understanding what you want. Not only that but she is absolutely wonderful and sweet and made me feel comfortable (I was sort of nervous and terrified for my hair). She took her time on my hair and was absolutely meticulous about my cut and blowout.
Long story short I was so happy with my now healthy hair and I booked another appointment right away. It’s wonderful to find a stylist you can trust with your hair.

Went to W Salon because I worked close by. Wasn’t expecting to be beyond thrilled with the service I received and how beautiful my hair looked when I left! Donata was and is wonderful. She listens to what you want and really spends time with you during the consultation. I always feel very comfortable. Donata is so talented that my teenagers go to her now (because they liked my hair! What??) and several gals I work with all because of that first cut and color. You’ve got to see Donata at W Salon! You will not be disappointed! **the whole staff is friendly and kind**

Claire has amazing skills. I moved from Florida in December 2014. Hadn’t found a stylist I liked until Friday. Claire is wonderful. I had major bad breakage from hair extensions a yrs ago. She was able to blend my hair and now since December 2014, I am not embarrassed about my hair.

I came here because of a Groupon, and was scheduled with Vicky. I had an amazing time!
When you first come in, they offer you something to drink– water, soda, juice, whatnot. So from the very start they’re extremely hospitable and friendly.
Vicky herself was stellar. She tells you what she’s about to do before she does it just so you’re on the same page as her, and she’s very considerate (like asking if the water temperature is okay). She’s incredibly easy to talk to, and has no problem making conversation or anything and is so funny!
Before I came in, my hair was all sorts of dry and damaged from bleaching, dye jobs (home and salon), and don’t forget all the straightening… But Vicky basically brought it back to life and I was REALLY happy with the overall result! I wanted to go much shorter (it was originally maybe 6 or 7 inches down past my collarbones), and she made sure to ask before going shorter to make sure I didn’t get a haircut that was TOO short.

I really like Vicky, she has been my hairstylist for a while now. She listens to me and takes attention to detail when she cuts and colors my hair. My hair has been growing faster since she has been cutting it. She does my 13 year old daughter’s hair, and also several friends. They are very please with the results. I know this because they have been following her. I am staying with Vicky, because she is very patient and talented. The quality of the service is consistently great. Plus Vicky is very nice!

Went to the w salon for the first time today for a much needed trim. I had a groupon and Vicky did my hair. The location was very cute and the ambiance of the salon was professional. Vicky did a great job with my cut and really listened to what I wanted. She was patient and took her time giving me an amazing blow out. I have long brown hair and was afraid to lose length but wanted the dead ends off. She did a great job cleaning up my ends without chopping a ton off. I would definitely recommend this place and vicky to anyone looking for a new stylist.

We scheduled blow outs at the salon for my bridesmaids for my wedding. The venue was right across the street so it made it really easy. I (the bride) was getting my hair done by a person coming to the venue and doing my hair and makeup. They quoted around $ 40 for a blowout. When the girls went to pay they said it was $ 75 since it was ‘bridal hair.’ I’m not sure what exactly differentiates between bridal hair and a regular blow out. There were no bobby pins used, no braiding, no travel to a venue, no up-do’s just blow dry and light curling iron. One of the girls’ hair fell out and was nearly straight even before I put my dress on (picture attached)! I really really don’t recommend them for this. Also they seemed very disorganized it was many many emails back and forth answering the same questions from them.

If there is a WILL… there is a way! I had been struggling for over 6 months to find the right shade of color for my hair. I have a lot of red under tones in my hair and I wanted to be a beach sandy blond haired girl. Well, WILL made my hair dreams come true. Also this salon is located in the very romantic historic area of San Juan Capistrano by the train station… it’s a great area to also catch up on some dining and shopping. Thanks again Will for such an amazing encounter with your generous spirit and friendly staff.

W Salon is great. My stylist, Ashley, is absolutely amazing. She’s one of those rare stylists who listens to exactly what you want, but isn’t afraid to offer suggestions and tips to make you you really get something great. She’s taken me from dark brown to red to now a blonde ombré, all without damaging my hair. I’m so lucky to have found her!

I found this salon and stylist, Thien through a groupon. I love the way she did my hair and plan on going back. Everybody is friendly and professional and it’s in a great location, right in the heart of San Juan Capistrano.

I am in love with my hair! I came into W salon, first impression, very peaceful and inviting. Melisa did my ombré/​balayage that looked amazing. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I walked out feeling very satisfied. Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment. I finally found my go to stylist in Melisa!

The W Salon meet all my expectations! Jaime Dana is just a doll! I went in and sat down and just let her decide what to (as I am not so picky). And the end result was fabulous. I will continue to go to the W Salon and I am so glad I found a new friendly salon to go to.
