Just another eBusiness. If you read the Amazon reviews, they pretty much nail it. I just wanted a first on Unilocal.
I ordered a Fantom.
With tax and shipping it was about ~$ 40. A lot of money, and the expectation is a premium product. Sadly, it fails to come close.
+ Shield was easy to apply without bubbles
+ Of course it protected the screen well
+ Removal didn’t leave a residue behind
— Funky grid like holograms
— Drastically reduced digitizer sensitivity. Drives one mad.
— Somehow I chipped it, and it wound up developing cracks. Had to junk it. So much for all the marketing hype.
Service
— Delayed email responses. As an online business they need to be snappier.
— No offer to replace it for free. I got a discounted replacement offer instead. Umm sorry no thanks.
