The three star rating is based on the price and the service. The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted and seated immediately. The ambiance of «old Texas» was great. The décor and pictures were excellent. We had heard about Ann’s and had to try it. We went on Friday night because the special was all you could eat fish. I expected the fish to be catfish. Turns out it was Alaskan Pollock. The preferred fish of fast food«fish sandwiches». It was hot from the kitchen along with the«frozen» fries. The Pollock was breaded and probably cooked straight from the freezer. It had little to no taste. Our server was great, but the fish was just not what we anticipated.

The Sunday chicken special is delicious. Crisp on the outside but very moist n tasty on the inside. Very crowded on Sunday’s, but had no problem seating a group of 10. Defiantly will be back.
