Coming to the end of a four year working relationship with this company, I want to thank Amanda, Cynthia and Rosalie for making my family’s time in one of their rental property a good experience. They have always gone above and beyond to address any property issues I may have had in a timely manner. They even helped me in my transition process when the landlord made the decision to sale the property. I am thankful for them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home or enlist a property manager. Thanks AC Goldt for everything!

We rented two homes from them over the course of about 5 years. Amanda was professional and responsive. So was her staff. She advocated for us when the property owners wanted to increase the rent to a rate higher than was fair. If we were to rent again we would check with her first. I would definitely refer her too.

I had two fantastic experiences with AC Goldt! Very ethical and consumer oriented people. The first time I applied for a property they were managing; I sent in my application along with the fee, after consulting with the owner, they determined I wasn’t a candidate. AC Goldt sent my application fee back! The second time I submitted an application they were very prompt and professional. The Realtor showed up on time to the appointment and was very helpful! I would highly recommend this property management company.

By far the most unprofessional property management place I have ever dealt with.
I saw a house they had listed for rent on their web site as well as craig’s list, called and made an appointment to view the house; the day after I had made my appointment, their ad on craig’s list had the property marked as an open house durring my appointment time!
I arrived at the house durring my assigned appointment time, only to find a note taped to the door informing people who had come to see the house that it had been rented.
They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and cancel the appointment.
Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Bad business ethics.

I bought my house through one of their agents 10 years ago. I had such a wonderful experience. So, naturally when my mom found out she was relocating here I checked their site for rentals. We found one and my mom loved it and applied. They never called my mom back in a timely manner, and she had to chase the status of her application. Which was very nerve wracking considering my mom is suppose to move back to the area in 10 days. They strung her along for a week. Finally, they called last night to the number they knew my mom wouldn’t be at and rejected her application by message to someone else. They never checked her references to fully qualify her or called her new employer, but had no problem taking her $ 60 application fee. I feel bad I referred them in the first place. I won’t be using them again for the sale of my property this year or purchase of my new house.

I give AC goldt realty 5 stars because they provided me with exceptional service when it came to finding a property that suited my needs and financial budget. Located in a suite on estudillo in san leandro, Amanda worked with my schedule and was able to find me a place in no time thus = 5 stars.

I have worked with the realty side of AC Goldt Realty and Property Management a number of times and each of those experiences have been positive. They have always taken the time to listen and to understand my needs and then work with me to find properties that are appropriate.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a thorough understanding of the real estate markets that they operate in. This appears to be partly due to the fact that a few of the people that work in their office are long time locals who really understand the regional flavors of the cities of the East Bay and beyond. In addition to their expertise, I have found them to be fair and honest in their business practices and they have always provided me with excellent customer service.

I just love this place. The people are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, friendly and are obviously up on the latest laws, rates and comps in the industry. Everytime I have talked to the staff they have gone out of their way to help me.
I highly recommend them if one is looking for a rental property, has a rental property they want to have managed, or looking to buy or sell a house.
