A Plus Printer Services

All I can say is that they were able to troubleshoot and fix my work printer in a timely manner. Service was great and I was a happy customer. Thumbs up for Kirk!!! Thank you.

I would give this place a zero if I could!!! I delt with the owner himself so here it goes, Took my office jet pro to this establishment and told the owner himself that printer was missing ink and I wanted a diagnostic! He says that’s fine no problem so afterwards I ask what date should I come for pickup he says it will take a week but before next Friday! So today is 1 day past Friday now Saturday (no call back) SO I call to check the status when he answers he says it’s a ink error? Then says let me turn it on and see what’s wrong with it!!! So basically I waited a whole week for him to tell me something I already told him which is there’s ink missing!!! I feel as if there taking parts off printers without the customer knowing!!! THIS Place IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND GO WITH YOUR FIRST MIND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF… BY ALL MEANS DISREGARD ANY 4 OR 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE IT WILL COST YOU A TOTAL LOSS IN TIME OR EVEN BIGGER PROBLEMS FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF

Took my Epson printer to A Plus for service, the gentlemen there were helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They had my printer fixed in just a few days, the charge was very reasonable and they were very personable. Learned they fix much more than just printers, they service all kinds of office machines and their location is very convenient for me. Should the need arise, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my office equipment to A Plus and will refer my friends and business acquaintances to them as well.

My office runs on communication. Communication with my team, my patients, and my other colleagues. So when a printer Broke down and I needed to get the printer fixed, I got a little haywire. I went to the retail stores and even though printers might be cheap, ink is crazy expensive. So before I upgraded, I figured, I’d give this place a call. Omar was my knight in shining armor. He fixed my printer and actually gave me options to SAVE money… I am so happy with his service, the turn around time and the fact that he came to the office to look and pick up the computer. I didn’t have to drive anywhere. I’ll definitely call this place again for any printer repair needs.

I can’t say that I actually used their services because I didn’t even get to. I arrived at A Plus to try to get a printer repaired to find the place closed at 12:45 pm with a sign saying they would open at 1:00 pm. No problem, I thought, I can wait 15 minutes.
At 1:15, the place is still closed with no signs of anyone inside. I try to call their number, but no one answers. I try two more times, finally reaching someone on the third try. The person on the line is not actually in the store and does not know when the store’s proprietor will be back, but claims «the manager should be heading there now, I’ll call him and get back to you in 5 minutes.»
15 more minutes pass (it’s now 1:30 to those counting). The person I spoke to has not called, so I call him back. He explains that he does not know where the manager is, that he might be «on the bridge» and that’s why he cannot reach him (I did not even dispute the lack of logic in this statement). He says I should try to come back in a few hours or the next day. In the alternative, he suggested THAT I LEAVE THE PRINTER OUTSIDE BY THE DOOR and that the manager would come look at it when he showed up.
Needless to say, I did not leave my printer outside the door for someone to steal as the representative recommended. Based on this experience alone, I would stay far away from this company.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use A-​Plus Printer Services. We used them in our offices to do a printer repair and they called EVERY DAY asking about their payment. We paid them within 7 working days but, during that time, we received no less than 10 calls. They are worse than a bill collector! When I told the ‘gentleman’ who called me that he and his company’s actions were tantamount to harassment, his response was, «we didn’t do anything to you.» When I informed the man that we would no longer be using his services, his response was, «Well, you might not be working there. So, don’t be so sure.» This vendor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend they be contacted for your equipment service needs.
