This place is a gem! It’s just a tiny little shack but the food is fast, fresh and tasty. The prices are good and the customer service is fantastic! This is a great place to grab a sandwich and a smoothie or coffee and a bagel.

Their teriyaki chicken or beef sandwiches are awesome; plus their are always on the spot when it comes to ordering via phone. Small little shop but a lot to offer. Wish they had a bigger parking for our fellow truckers.

If I could give this place a thousand stars, I would! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and every single person who works here is friendly, happy and If you like ordering the same sandwiches, salads, ETC, they’ll eventually remember your order, so when you walk in they’ll say do you want your normal ‘___________’ and you can either say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ if you want the same! That in itself, is great service! You can also call in your order ahead of time and they’ll have it ready for you when you arrive!

Bummer. I was in town for work and this place was right by my office. I was curious about it and after the Unilocal I read I was excited to try it. I ordered a vanilla latte and an egg, ham and cheese bagel sandwich on the way to work one day. Bagel sandwich was very dry, not seasoned at all on the egg, and the latte was served to me pretty cold. Which is weird because they were packed and I saw them making it. I wanted to warm it up when I got to the office but it was pointless. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll return.

The club sandwich was so delicious. I’m very particular about how I like my sandwiches made and this one was perfect for me. So going back tomorrow for another. is it tomorrow yet?

Love love love Coffee Time. Not only am I able to always stop and get fresh great fruit, but great coffee, breakfast, and lunch! I also had a large corporate order — approx. 100 people for three days of breakfast. Joanne had everything set up and ready to go each day. She delivered to our building and even arranged our coffee. I was super impressed. Love supporting our small businesses!

This is a small place with only outdoor seating, so I think of it more as a grab and go type of place. But the service is super friendly and there are tons of options for bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and espresso drinks. My go to is the bacon and egg bagel with an iced mocha! There is a small parking lot where you might be able to easily find parking on a weekday, but on a busier day there are side streets to park at.

Best coffee shop in the town. Best customer service and place was super clean. This will be my regular coffee shop since it is pretty close to my house.

We are addicted! They make delicious sandwiches on bagels or croissants or bread– my favorite is their Sweet Potato Avocado Sandwich– I add turkey to it. They’re always friendly & very quick. You can call in orders as well!

Okay, I barely moved to San Leandro and I am trying my best to figure this city out. From finding a running spot to finding a breakfast spot to go to after my morning run. After my morning run today I wanted to get a bagel, before I moved here I would work out and then went to get a bagel at my usual bagel spot. Well I Unilocaled bagel and this place came up. Nope, this is not a bagel shop, but they do have bagels and good looking sandwiches! The first picture I saw was a picture of their grilled chicken sandwich, if I wasn’t already sold. I kept looking at the pictures and knew I had to go here after my run. I came in, and it was a cute little shop. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and what she said was«Oh, that’s his special he always gets that.» I was like oh I don’t know who he is but. well I want that! And went onto telling her how I found this place on Unilocal and came because I wanted the sandwich that was in the picture. The sandwich I got was a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat, with no onions, add avocado and egg whites! Thank guy who posted the picture, if it wasn’t for that picture I would have probably not went here in a quickness. After getting my sandwich I ate on the patio. It is a cute little patio to eat on. The sandwich was wrapped up like present, the packaging of the sandwich was so cute. Opening it was like a gift of goodness, the sandwich itself tasted so fresh!!! I loved how I got avocado in every bite and also loved the occasional bite of egg whites. I am in love with the freshness and presentation of this sandwich. I will probably be back tomorrow morning bright and early before I make the drive to Tahoe!!! Great experience so far, sooooo yummy!

The food options around this area are severely lacking. However, even if there were tons of options to eat, I would still be a frequent customer here. Not only do the sandwiches have that gourmet yet homemade feel, but their prices are so desirable. Under 6 dollars for a majority of the sandwiches. I recommend the Teriyaki sandwich on dutch crunch. I’ve heard great things about the wraps and the sweet potato sandwich. Personally, I need meat in my sandwiches/wraps but I definitely will go back and try it out. The customer service is definitely on par with the food. Things like wrapping your sandwich with a ribbon is so unnecessary but so great! If you’re ever in need for a sandwich, definitely swing by!

Just what I needed after dropping coworkers off at the Oakland Airport. It’s close by, and the very reasonably priced. I had a ham, egg, and cheese croissant and it was delicious! It wasn’t oily or soggy like most places. It was soft, flaky, and had that delicious buttery croissant flavor. The egg and ham were hot and fresh… I complimented this meal with a White Mocha(also delicious). I recommend this place to anyone in the area in need of a quick pit-stop! My meal only cost around $ 7.

This place is a small local business, but it’s definitely worth it! I usually get a bagel & egg sandwich w/sausage and an iced mocha for breakfast. Soo yummy and a good combo! The iced mocha is a bit pricy, ~$ 4, but it’s definitely much tastier than Starbucks in my opinion. I have yet to try their deli sandwiches, which I hear are tasty! Coffee time is worth to stop by if you’re in San Leandro. Just make sure you go early.

One of my favorite SANDWICH places ever. I’m a big fan of sandwiches that are simple, tasty, and fresh. When I used to work for Nike by the mariner square, I would always come here to get great sandwiches. My USUAL is a grilled chicken sandwich with wheat bread, avocado, and egg white. Yuuumm. Today, I went with a regular egg and I prefer the egg whites. This place is great. You have two Korean ladies working here and they know how to use fresh ingredients that create a wonderful party in your mouth. They nearly wrap the sandwiches which adds a nice touch when receiving them. I always try to watch what I eat and it’s hard when you go to different places that offer sandwiches with less appealing flavors. This place is not open all day so for all my early birds, take advantage!

Working in a boring, industrial area of San Leandro, the food options are very limited. Luckily, Coffee Time is seriously a jem just a short drive down the street. I’m all for local business for their hospitality, great service, but most importantly, great food and Coffee Time is all of those things. Coffee Time doesn’t serve JUST coffee as the name suggests, but rather a great selections of sandwiches, salads, pastries, and even hot dogs with all sorts of toppings! Price ranges anywhere from $ 3-$ 6 and any sandwich can be turned into a wrap for a low-carb option. I usually opt for the wraps, though it’s a little shorter than a typical wrap you’d get from a place like Jamba Juice, the wonderful ladies that run this place always pack in so much inside! I easily get full from ½ of a wrap and always debate on if I should eat 2nd half. Today I decided to try a Turkey & Avocado sandwich on multi-grain bread– they give you an option of what bread you’d like on your sandwich on, even a croissant! After a short wait I was so pleasantly surprised to see that my sandwich was wrapped in a bow with a napkin, what a nice touch! If you’re in the area and looking for a quick, quality, delicious lunch that definitely beats those dinky pre-wrapped refrigerator finds from Starbucks, Coffee Time is the place! Kind of sucks that they close a little on the earlier side, or else I’d pick up a few sandwiches for dinner.

Support San Leandro’s small business and local business! Coffee Time is that perfect hole or in this case, perfect house on the corner coffee shop that has everything you need. It’s opened amazingly early and when you step it, it’s cozy and the aroma of coffee fills your lungs. The lovely ladies that work here are just the sweetest! Always have fresh bagels of your choice out and a variety of breakfast as well as lunch time items. I usually come over for a breakfast bagel sandwich: with your choice of bacon or ham, includes bagel of your choice, egg and cheese! It’s stacked and fills you right up. Party in my mouth especially before the sun comes out and I work an early shift. It’s right there, easy to spot, lots of parking and packs a punch from this tiny place. There are drinks, water soda juice, chips and snacks, soups and sandwiches, and of course specialty coffees or just your average cup of joe. They do take card, but it needs to be over a certain amount. Better bring some cash! On a sunny day, you can sit outside in their make shift canopy with tables to enjoy your lunch. It’s a great place to stop by and grab what you need or crave. Healthier than donuts and fast food, has everything a starbucks can offer and more.
