Diamond Stone Fabrication

It seems funny giving a high rating to a place housed in a building that’s falling apart, but if you want good granite work at a good price, this is the place. The service is excellent, though the english skills are mixed. Keep in mind, good places get busy — they delivered in 12 days, which beat my expectation by 2 days. Installation was very well done, with mitred ‘waterfall’ edges that make the stone look like it wraps around. They also did a custom window sill at the last minute. My problem with Diamond is that I found out about them through a middle-​man store. That caused me some coordination problems and higher costs. Once I dealt with them directly, I had no problems. It probably helped that I speak a little Spanish, and drove over mid-​day from work — which was only 15 mins away — with drawings and to plan the cuts.
My advice: unless you have some ultra-​fancy laser or water cut requirements, go direct to them at 510−483−2880 or 510−258−4821 (Judy and Maricela). I suspect you will find their prices 20% lower than most other fabricators.

I love diamond stone. They have remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace. They are remodeling my bathroom upstairs and updated pictures will follow as soon as the project is complete. I have been working with diamond stone since they were called timeless countertops. The only place I would only consider to do my fabrication because they are simply hands down the best. They are a trusted vendor in my book.
If you’re currently remodeling, I highly recommend that you call diamond stone first. Maricela, the owner is really good at pitching creative projects.
