Rented here for 2 months. The manager and employee are very helpful and the facility is always clean. If I ever need storage again I will definitely be back.

Jamison Morris and Ray Sherrod were awesome in helping us set up our storage unit account. They are very hospitable. The facility is extremely well maintained, clean and modern. If you need storage space, these are the people and place you need to see. I recommend them without hesitation.

This place is clean, safe and I can’t say enough good about the manager Jamison! He was very welcoming, professional and takes his time with each customer! If I could give a higher rating I would.

Used them for a year and was really happy with them. I moved across country and needed to store a bunch of stuff so I reserved a unit ahead of time. When I showed up I realized quickly that the space I reserved wouldn’t be large enough so I asked if it was possible to switch, they had no issue with that and found me an adequate space quickly and painlessly.
Another user on here said that they were forced to buy insurance, I did not have a similar experience. This place was absolutely no pressure and the manager (I think he is the manager) was always really nice to me.
Over the course of a year my rates were raised once but that is to be expected and it’s not like they gouged me or anything. overall I was very pleased.

This place is new, so of course everything looks nice and clean. Which is why I gave it 2 stars, but what I didn’t like was that after I signed up, they said I had to purchase insurance, I explained I already had insurance that covers my personal belongings and they said I had to get it with them for one month so I had to cough up another $ 10.00 for no good reason. After about a month I decided to read on the paper work they give you where it says I’m not required to purchase their insurance. That wasn’t very honest of them, which I didn’t like. Also I would recommend you commit for a year if you are planning long term, because they will raise your monthly rent after a few months but still offer new members a lower price for the same size space you have. Also when you call it directs you to a different place where they are very pushy on getting you to sign up, honestly sounded almost desperate for them to rent there units.

It’s brand new and clean. The pavement is even. The staff is very friendly. And they provide carts so that you don’t have to lug all your heavy furniture to and fro your car.

I did have another storage facility that i was using, that was until I seen the newly opened Extra Space Storage as I drove down Washington Avenue. My husband and I stopped and went in and met with the manager whom was very friendly and helped us out. He showed us the unit, we got the drive-​up unit outside. Their prices were a bit lower than the other but the facility itself was clean. Which is what I really liked. Thumbs up for the good work, great customer service, and nice clean safe storage.
