Fit With Brit

I have been working out with Brit off and on for almost 2years now. As a woman that suffers with chronic medical conditions, Brit has been the ONLY trainer I’ve found that can keep me in shape while not knocking me on my butt. My workouts are different every time. She incorporates different techniques which keeps things exciting. As an added bonus she’s a wonderful person to talk to and she values military members and veterans. I would recommend her training to ANYONE!

I’ve been working out with Brittany for two years now. I have never in my life kept up an exercise program for two months, much less two years, but she makes it fun. Best of all I have RESULTS! My cardio fitness is really decent, and my muscle strength has improved to the point that my life is much happier and easier.
Also — no small thing! — an hour with Brittany is the best stress-​buster I know. I have walked into sessions after a rough day, one tense mess, and walked out tired but relaxed and cheerful. I’ve worked with her through injuries, through a rough stretch of sciatica, through family trouble, through work trouble, and in every way imaginable, she has made my life better.
Brittany is an extraordinary human being. If you are looking to make an improvement in your life, working out with Brit (or using her online workout website) is a very good move.

I’ve been working out with Brittany for several years now. Brittany is the whole package! She has great knowledge of the body, and what it will take to help you reach your goals. She is friendly and has a great personality. She is confident and assertive, yet sensative to your needs or physical condition. She also is cute and petite. However, don’t let her small size fool you. She is like a tiger inside!
In our conversations, i have learned that she works with all age groups; from the athlete training for a marathon to the middle age like myself at 52 to the elderly like my mother (81) whom she also has trained. In fact, she has a SUPER BIG heart for the aged!
Brittany can easily rearrange your work out to meet your specific needs for that day. I have drug myself in several times with a headache and was extremely surprised that she could make my work out not only bearable, but effective at the same time!
Let’s face it, a personal trainer is going to cost you, but this is how I look at it. I can buy a lap top, refridgerator or a car (all very real needs); however, if I neglect my body (my greatest possession) and my health fails me, none of the above is going to be usefull if I find myself laid up in a hospital. I will say this though, Brittany’s prices are better then most that I have seen. I personally work out with Brit once a week. The rest of the week i go to her website
and do my weekly workouts at home.
